Swerve Allulose Sweetener

Excellent for cakes and desserts.

Great substitute for sugar. I use it during baking and you wouldn't know that the sugar was substituted.

Can't handle Sorbital, don't like the Stevia taste. Won't touch Splendor, or Saccharin. Easy replacement on a one-to-one ratio with sugar. this product does it all and taste good too. Yeah, it's a bit expensive (minus 1 star for that) and I wished they offered it in say a 3lb. bag for a sizable price break. So Swerve if your reading this... c'mon.

The Swerve products are excellent and I have been using them for over 5 years now that I have been on a Keto lifestyle, which helped me to lose 130lbs. The only problem is that I ordered and paid for the two pack and I only received only one package. This actually happened twice because I made a second order for a two pack and again only received one package.

Keep in mind that I'm generally not fond of artificial sweeteners. But I did my research and this was supposed to be "the best". On the packaging it says it's equal to sugar. When I tasted it cold, it tasted ok. Then I put it in a hot cup of tea. 1 teaspoon, per instructions. Nothing. 1.5, still nothing, but a slight aftertaste of... Something. At two teaspoons, it just tasted bad. I dumped my tea out, and I am now trying to find a way to get rid of two, butt tasting bags of allulose, as it is non-refundable. In the future I'll try out sweeteners from my local grocery stores, as they accept returns.

The product itself is great and I have used it in past with no problems but this one is clumpy… after I had to complain to get my second package and this is how it comes. Disappointing.

First, to be clear, I absolutely love this product. The only downside about the product itself is that it occasionally is too clumpy. THE PROBLEM: every time (it has happened 4 times now) this 2-pack has been ordered, I only receive one in the mail. I then have to go thru the process of ordering a replacement. The funny thing is that even the replacement is only 1 pack when it’s supposed to replace the whole order. Why do I keep ordering the 2-pack… it goes on sale for $9.99 occasionally and it’s a great deal so I have put up with it for the price and I still hoping they catch on to this consistent error and start shipping 2.

I just used this to bake with for the first time (banana bread) and was not certain what to expect. I noticed nothing "unusual" or unpleasant - so for me, that's a WIN. It came packaged well and quickly; and after comparing prices - I found this to be an economical option.
