This uniqe option has various contents and can facilitate sleep, the taste is fine, and the quality of results is beneficial. This remains in the mouth briefly and then will evaporate and can be swallowed.

This did help me sleep. But it took forever to dissolve and the taste is horrid. I woke throwing up with a migraine.

My mother in law first gave these to me and found them pretty useful. Helps me fall asleep quicker. Love how the sheet dissolves in my mouth. Taste is nice, not too strong. I use this every other day as I like to use spray melatonin too to avoid getting used to one brand/type. I take it half hour before going to sleep and find it effective. Price is good overall and sometimes I even take half if I feel I’ve been sleeping better. Recommended!

This works well for me on the nights that I have a hard time falling asleep .

3 stars because this really works for me, but...I ordered 4 packages (as I have before), each containing a month's supply, and two of the packages are set to expire before I can use them. I tried to return the unusable packages but received a message that they're not returnable. Contacted the main company and the support rep was nice enough but said he uses them after the expiration date with no problem. That was not the response I was looking for. They are primarily seeking subscriptions, and he offered me a deal if I would subscribe, but I was not interested. So, great product but disappointed with this seller!

Excellent sleep aid.

Have only tried this about 6 times so far. I feel it really really helped but then started back with the usual 4 a.m. waking and not being able to fall back asleep - this seemed worse with the NeuroQ (I wondered if it might be the L-theanine which increases alpha waves which is what is experienced during meditation or daydreaming). I'm going to keep trying to see if this continues to happen. Overall though, I highly recommend in general, as it definitely helped! Adding in - the taste is pretty gross (but doable for the help it provides). The first time I used it, it gummed up on the roof of my mouth. And dissolve is not quite the right word - it does melt sorta but it's a gel like substance sorta and a little tart (rather than minty). Still, that is not something I would take a star off for.
