Q: Can this be used like liz earles hot cloth cleanser? Onto dry skin then off with warm wet cloth? Is it effective in removing make up this way?

Sukin's Facial Foaming Cleanser provides you with a non-drying, gentle gel cleanser for normal to oily skin types. Make up, daily dirt build up and excess oils are removed to reveal a balanced, cleansed complexion. How to use: Apply a small amount to moist hands and lather with water. Gently massage into skin and then rinse thoroughly with water. Use once or twice daily.

Q: Do you apply this to a wet or dry face?

I think you can apply to a dry face but I dampen mine very slightly with a wet flannel first to reduce friction and I find it works very well.

I have combination skin and I use micellar water first then sukin cream cleanser and it works perfectly for me

I have sensitive combination skin, an oily mid section and drier on cheeks etc. I massage the cleanser into my skin at night and wipe it off with a muslin cloth wrung out in arm water. It gets rid of make-up and leaves skin clean and soft. I also use the moisturizing lotion which is excellent under make-up.
