Not impressed
This incubator came with no instructions, I set it for the type of eggs that I was hatching. I placed 2 extra thermostat/hydrometer gauges in the incubator at different locations, the built-in gauge, read significantly different than the other gauges, which did not read the same. So humidity and temperature levels were inconsistent throughout the incubator. I had less than 25% hatching rate. Of those that hatched many could not come out of the shell in a timely manner and most of what did completely hatch had spraled legs, most just didn't make it. This is not how I like to operate. The incubator doesn't regulate the way it is supposed to. Instructions would also be useful.

Very unstable
Temperature and humidity are very unstable resulting in a low to no hatch rate. Instructions are subpar at best. This incubator significantly underperformed my cheaper incubators. I would not recommend purchasing at all. Waste of time, money, and eggs.

So far so good
Been having really bad hatch rates, so far this one is doing great!

Incomplete instructions
Instructions very incomplete. There are no troubleshooting tips. Hard to control humidity. Says to not hook up bottles until last three days, but you must hook up when you set up to get humidity up. I will use this once to see what happens, but will probably be going back to my tried and true foam incubator.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!!
Product cheap doesn’t work. Temperature fluctuates too much. It’s not well made and the return window will run out before you know how crappy the incubator is. DO NOT Purchase this Incubator.

Temp not high enough or consistent throughout the incubator
I am still working on hatching my first round of duck eggs in this. Let me start off by saying I have another incubator that works awesome and always hatches my chicks and ducks 3 days early on the dot every time. So I know it runs a bit warm. This one is not warm enough or consistently warm throughout. I’m ordering a thermometer/ hydrometer to check it. However I have never had so many duck eggs fail one right after the other. I started with a full incubator of duck eggs and I’m down to 2 rows of duck eggs which I moved to the front of the incubator. Now those 2 rows were placed in there on the same day. The very front row is getting ready to pipp. However the second row back is still developing and the air sack hasn’t even moved up yet, so I haven’t even taken them off the rollers yet. I can tell by candling them that they are not developed yet either. These ducklings should be hatching on the same day. This is literally one row back! I have been placing new duck eggs in and dating them so it is running full. However I’m losing about 50% or more to failed eggs. I never had that bad of a rate with my other incubator. I still have no idea if they will hatch or if I can flip it to manual and increase the temperature. I really don’t want to lose all of my ducks I’m trying to hatch. Also I don’t like the fact that I can’t see what hatch day I’m on. It’s all a guess. Or what are my temp or humidity limits at or supposed to be at before the alarm screams at me.It’s a great looking machine and an overall great concept, but if it can’t heat my eggs it’s not gonna work!

Rollers don’t turn
Put together, rollers don’t work. No instruction on how to resolve if I can’t get them to work. Temperature does not seem to really be 100F even though states on screen my thermometer I put in there says it’s about 6F off… enough to kill eggs. Also did not come with hatching net as indicated should. If anyone knows how to resolve rollers I’d be interested to get fixed rather than return and wait for something else.I will state seller was quick to respond and try to assist but product does not work.

Do NOT buy
Do not buy an incubator from this company! We tried one round and had to throw out the whole batch..Then we tried one more round thinking we may have done something wrong and same problem! Ofcourse after that i saw all the bad reviews.. The actual temperature does not reach what it is set at. We even put a blanket on top to help. We put two thermometers in to verify that the temperature was about 5 degrees off. Humidity does not stay consistent. It takes almost a month to incubate and after that time is up the refund period is over. When asking company for a refund they will not comply. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND PRECIOUS EGGS. You will be disappointed
