Flavor is mild & easily mixes with water . Doesn't cause itchy throat or punchy aftertaste like many citry fruity flavors in the market. Vascularity has definitely improved , so it is effective. No lumping found in storage.

I tasted it and it's good and my brother did workout after taking it his experience was that it made do more exercise and not lose breath early and as a note i recommend it to someone doing workout/sports fir quite a few month to notice difference

Ineffective
I didn't find it as effective as L Arginine. Maybe there are quality issues with the product. L Citrulline converts into l arginine in kidney but 2 grams is ineffective. Improve the process

Best l citrilluen
Works good and gaves a decent pump. Note that it is l citrilluen and not mallet which is very good . Go for it and can be taken in pre workout
