Love this washing machine.
I like that the product is stackable. I stacked the matching dryer on top. It does a great job cleaning. After a wash cycle, the door should be left open to air out, otherwise it will start to stink.I also like that it reminds me to run a cleaning cycle, I can control it on an app on my phone, and it has several settings for the type of load. My Apple Watch lets me know when the cycle is finished. It will wash a good size load for its size.

Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The washer that I received was horrible!!!! It was shaking soooooooo bad!!! On the manual is says that it has to be balanced and even after it was balanced it literally was shaking still like at one point I thought the washer was going to get up and walk out the laundry room!!! Horrible and a waste of money!! I definitely do not recommend this product at all!!! Plus the washer that they showcased on the video is not what they sent me!!!

The older model was better
It is a great washer for a small family or a couple, and has lots of options, but The new model is extremely frustrating to operate. I have not been able to set "my cycle" like in the old model (with one press of a button) and now have to select the options I need every time I do laundry. Maybe there is a way to do it, but you should not be expected to dig through the manual for something as simple and useful.

Company should be ashamed.
Making a clothes washer too complicated. Get back to simple, low maintenance, washes everything. You don't need a filter on a washer. This company needs to get back to basics that works. I've had nothing but problems with samsung washers.

Main bearing went bad just after six years
We bought a 4.2ft3 Samsung front-loading washing machine in 2017 and the main bearing wore out after six years. We also had to replace a shock absorber after about four years. And the unit had definitely been installed correctly on a level surface. This is the shortest life span we have ever experienced with a washing machine so went with LG for the replacement. Would not recommend Samsung washing machines based on our experience.

Stackable buyer beware
I purchased a stackable washer and dryer. Still under one year warranty, the dryer needed repair. Was informed I had to get someone to unstack before repairing. And then find someone else to reinstall.
