can i use on a silestone surface

It is made for use on natural materials. I think silestone is a composite that is not porous so this product will not be as effective.

can i use this on matte 'concrete' worktop?

It is made for granite worktops specifically, leaves a nice shine. So I'm guessing no as you have said concrete which doesn't really shine.

Can I use this on slate worktops?

All I can say is I use it on polished marble and have had no problems at all. it just evaporates leaving no marks.

Does it remove water mark on marble?

General water mark yes, but if you mean around the sink or dish dryer then you have to use something stronger
