is the chome wheel cleaner good on the the other chome on the vehicle? (chrome mirrors, door handles, emblems, etc). If so, will it damage the paint?

It is designed to clean wheels, so it has some stronger additives than other cleaners. For other chrome/paint areas I use a product called "Liquid Glass". It is a great multi-use car care product.

Armorall foam left the tips of my tread brown, overspray, will it get it back to black?

If I were you, I would not use Amorall for anything

Is this safe to use on crome plated rims?

I use this product all the time to clean the chrome wheels on my CVO Streetglide. Works awesome!

Not recommended. This is only for factory clearcoated wheels.
