Absolutely not shortbread
These taste nice but they are not shortbread so for false advertising it gets a 3. Ironically these taste more like digestives than the Gullon sugar free digestives. I think the makers at Gullon need a lesson in biscuits as they lack knowledge. Shortbread has a very buttery taste and are shaped like rectangle traditionally. Avoid these if you are after this type of biscuit

Horrible biscuits
I don't know how anyone can call these shortbread biscuits, they bear no resemblance to any shortbread I've ever come across. The flavour is very odd, and leaves a strange aftertaste. They may be acceptable to vegans but I only wanted them as they are sugar-free. I shall try one later dipped in tea to see if it is any better as they were expensive and I don't really want to waste the whole packet. If you just want plain vegan biscuits, then perhaps you would be happy - I am not!
