This is a part of my new morning coffee partial replacement. In a 20 oz tumbler I use two scoops of this, unflavored collagen/protein powder and sunfiber. Sometimes I add a tablespoon of organic instant coffee too and it's perfect. The cocoa is a bit sweet but stevia leaf is a safe sweetener. You could probably get away with one scoop in 20 oz for a less strong flavor. I add hot water after I drink half of it since it's so flavorful so I end up getting a good 30 oz hot drink in the morning.

My husband bought this hot chocolate because we’re both trying to cut back on sugar, but we still love having something warm and comforting to drink in the winter. It is on the expensive side, but it’s much better for us than the organic hot chocolate we used to buy, and it has only a fraction of the calories since it’s sweetened with stevia. My husband prepares it exactly as the package instructs, using water, and he really enjoys it — especially the fact that it’s only 10 calories. I prefer a richer cup, so I use about 1.5 scoops for 10 oz of water and add one small square of extra‑dark chocolate, which deepens the flavor beautifully. We both use a handheld frother, and it mixes perfectly into a smooth, delicious drink. At the price we paid, it comes out to about $0.42 per cup, which feels like a great value considering how much healthier it is than our old Trader Joe’s brand.

Not a bad cocoa. Taste is ok- I wish that it had a little more chocolate to it! It seems to mix well with a smooth texture. A little expensive for the size.

OMG this is absolutely amazing and delicious. Worth every sip with a wonderful chocolate taste. I definitely will buy again. Price a bit high, scoop small but holds a lot and goes far making a delicious cup of hot cocoa especially on these frigid nights we're going through much in new york. Hits the spot. Dissolves quickly and love the health benefits. Followup- after using fur about a week 1x a day, Noticed mild cramping and change in bowels become softer not quite diarrhea. Body reaction to sugar replacement. So good hard to resist but have to reduce intake to everyother day and see if situation changes. Something in the sweetener Reacting on me. Reduce intake. Still delicious. Not your hot chocolate it's different. Tried with milk same reaction same delicious taste. Not chocolate milk. Unable to return will use less often but due to reaction I will not buy again. I love chocolate milk and hot cocoa but this is very different. Glad I tried but in the end not for my stomach.

I love mindful nutrition cocoa mix. I just take a big glass of milk, warm-it in the microwave, add the cocoa mix and have a delicious drink!!!! It is like I’m indulging in something I shouldn’t be having….chocolate!!!! It’s that treat I give myself a few times a week. Sometimes all the chocolate doesn’t dissolve so I just make the milk a little warmer and it will dissolve. It is delicious, just the right amount that I need as my go to as my comfort drink. I love it. With 40 servings in a bag,it lasts me a longtime.

I like the fact of no sugar; however the bag and scoop are messy. I know cocoa is messy, but I do not like to have to clean the kitchen just because I made hot chocolate for my husband. Ideally, if I had a solution to the problem, now would be the time to mention it. I do not have the answer, but I hesitate to make hot chocolate again with this product. Maybe I should line my counter with paper towels.

Amazon notes that.this item is pricey, but I don’t feel that way because the scoop is so small that is provided that I believe that there will be 40 servings in the small bag. The mixture is potent and tastes very good. If you want to add a small amount of milk to the water you heat before preparing, this will soften the taste although not really necessary. Just for your personal preference.
