Absolutely perfect beginner racket, but good for intermediate players as well!
We just finished trying out the Dunlop Sports Team 260 racket and this Dunlop Sports CX Team racket. For background, we are 3.0 and 4.0 players, and usually use Wilson Pro rackets. We were surprised and pleased with both Dunlop rackets. They are very light (a little too light for me at first, but I got used to it very quickly). The string tension was good, and they both looked carefully crafted. I needed to put overgrip tape on the 1/4 inch grip, but I have long fingers. We are not giving up our Wilson Pro rackets. However, we are absolutely comfortable with letting our guests use either of these Dunlop, rackets, with our blessings. And if our guests feel the grip, length, or weight is uncomfortable, I will switch rackets with them, and use this Dunlop Sports CX Team racket.

Good for beginner or intermediate players
I am an intermediate player and use a Wilson racket. But when I saw this Dunlop racket I thought it would be a good choice for my wife, since it is very lightweight. She is a beginner, but this is a nice enough racket that I believe she could continue to use it even after her skill level improves. As with all pre-strung tennis rackets, you will never even come close to experiencing the full capabilities of the racket unless you restring it using a much nicer quality string, and also adjust the tension to a level that is appropriate for both the racket and the player. Of course you might have to try a few different strings and a few different tension levels, but the end result will be worth the time and effort. This racket has a large sweet spot. But because of the weight, it is difficult to get a lot of power. The control is excellent, however. That is more important for a beginner or even a more advanced player who relies on consistency more than power. For the price I think this is an excellent racket.

Pretty Tight Stringing
Coming from someone who had only ever used a 30$ racket, this was a gamechanger. The strings were strung incredibly tight, a bit too tight for me at first, but I quickly got used to it. I really appreciate that the grip isn't too big, and it was perfect for my size as well. It is well balanced and lightweight, and after playing with it for a little, I felt like I could hit the balls faster, it just took time to get used to. After a workout, the strings did get a bit out of place, but I just adjusted them a little and they were good as new! Perfect for an intermediate player!

Solid lightweight racket
I used to play in highschool but hadn't played in years and picked this up to play tennis with some friends and overall still managed to get good control. It could have used a bit more power but I'll ask it to be strung with higher tension when I get it re-strung in the future.Pro tip: even if you have big hands, get the 1/4 so you can put an overgrip on it to last longer. Picked up the 3/8 grip which is perfect but an overgrip makes it too thick, which is a bummer.
