You’ll be able to fit a 13” laptop in the bag, yes. But there isn’t any sort of sleeve or compartment for it

Does the flap inside lining (coating) disintegrate into powder after a few months use?

Not at all, I’ve been using mine for over a year on a daily basis and none of that has happened
