Gold LabelDubbin Softens

Bought this for my Ox blood docs, so surprised at how well it worked. Had the docs for years but never wore them due to blisters straight away. I applied 2 coats over 2 days (let it soak for 2hours) and wore them round the house to mould to my feet, and WOW wore them all day without any blisters. Actually made them so comfortable. Feet feel great and I can now wear them out when ever I like. Brilliant product.

Arrived in time and well packaged. It’s a large tub and should last for ages as a little goes a long way. Also, this stuff really works well in conditioning and proofing boots and shoes. Just as a caution for anyone who has never used it before - it will slightly darken light coloured (eg. tan) leathers. Make sure the shoes are clean and dry, heat them up a bit with a hair drier and rub it in evenly then rub off any excess a few hours later. Regular light applications are better than too much all at once.

Puts moisture back in to old boots.Can make 20+Year old boots feel and look like new and these boots have had a hard life football and rugby pitches and fishing

Good price for quality dubbin. Used on walking boots and leather fashion boots. Easy to rub in and both look well nourished

I own an old but still sound pair of walking boots which have been allowing water to seep in. I have tried several of the aerosol and liquid based products without success and was considering buying a new pair. After researching various wax based products I chose this and I am absolutely thrilled with the result. After a thoroughly good clean I applied 1 thick layer and spent plenty of time working the wax in especially into the stitching and seams. So good to go walking and returning with dry feet. You get a good sized tub which represents good value for money.

It looked like industrial made lanolin. Compared to other leather products on the market this was low quality product for a high price and it gave some sort of sour smell when put on leather. I threw it in the bin.

Tuve otra cera de esta misma marca y era algo más fluida y más fácil de aplicar.De todas formas con paciencia y un poco de calor, en forma de plancha o secador (recomiento la plancha) queda bien. Me gusta mucho encerar la ropa de algodón. NO sólo la utilizo con una prenda tipo barbour, si no también con vaqueros. Algo que me molesta mucho es que las perneras del pantalón se empapen cuando llueve mucho y, con este producto, consigues que resbale el agua
