When i first received the necklace, the pearl part of the heart pendant was missing. But i was shipped a replacement right away, and now the necklace is perfect. I picked this necklace because you put it on from the front. I usually have long acrylic nails and have a hard time putting on regular necklaces, so this works for me.

It’s a very cute necklace, but actually expected it to feel a little heavier than it is, it’s light weight and feels like something a little girl would buy at the dollar store, also the heart charm has fading on the back side of it already when I saw it come out of the box that disappointed me, overall it’s an okay necklace for a younger girl so I will be gifting it, and won’t be keeping it for myself.

Its a pretty necklace. But I was surprised how cheap it feels in my hand. Its not made with any beads I have ever felt. They feel cheap like costume jewelry. The beads feel really cheap and the necklace is a little bent from being in the necklace box which is strange. But again, its pretty. If you don't care what it is made out of you'll like it.

I bought this necklace for my daughter and she loved it. It's well made and perfect length for a party dress or just wearing it with a tshirt and jeans. It's not too much and not to little It's just right. The price is a very good for the quality of this necklace.
