is this the same as the original John Frieda volume light weight shampoo that amazon have stopped selling ?

This is not the same product as the Luxurious Volume Touchably Full Shampoo or the Luxurious Volume Colour Care Shampoo.

This product is for use after you have washed and conditioned your hair and before you have blow dried. It is for fine hair and does add volume. I use 1-3 pumps but adjust according to your hair length. Pump once at a time, rub together on your hands and run hands through your hair whilst still damp. I then blow dry until almost dry and then use either the JF root booster or the JF fine to full blowout spray on each section to finish off and hold style. I like spray for the finish as I find mousse makes my hair lank. I use all the volumising products from shampoo to finish.
