Works fast. Relieve on the second use at night. Third day much more significant improvement
Only wish I'd bought it sooner. For three months I kept having running and blocked nose from living in a cold and mouldy house. Whether it was sunny or cold, my nose was blocked. I've always used this then for some reason tried Otrivine (the one in the yellow box) and instantly regretted it. It was nowhere near as good as this product. Beconase stops the running nose, itchy and burning sinuses and in turn slows down the rate of my sneezing. True saying.... If it's not broke don't fix it
