Nice basic frame
This frame is sturdy and fit my puzzle perfectly! The glass is actually plastic, but it looks nice and you really can't tell it's plastic. I appreciated that the plastic came with a film to protect it from scratches in the packaging and during transit. The film needs to be removed prior to using it.

Nice looking out come
Love the outcome of this frame. I ordered a13.5x40, my puzzle is 13x39 which still worked out fine. I could have ordered the right size, but with the puzzle being thick I didn't want to chance it. I was glad to see the corners were protected. That is a plus. the corned was damaged but the frame wasn't. Next puzzle I will order from this company.

good/great
This was a great size for a good price. It feels of medium to high quality - however the white border of mine was a little dirty, not sure if my fault or if it came that way. Either way its hanging in the hallway and I like it!

UPS not very careful on fragile items
the plastic corners in box are fragile, UPS managed to break them. I fixed the corner with super glue. but the could have broken the clear plastic with a little more force. but it is fine now. not frame makers fault. UPS must have dropped it.

Love it!
The price is great for this frame! I didn't want to deal with gluing the puzzle and this made it so we didn't have to. It is very sturdy, I even used push pins at first as a guide and ended up never using actual nails. It's been a few months now and it is still hanging strong. The frame itself is a very simple black so it doesn't distract from the puzzle.

Good value and quality poster frame
I have ordered this frame 3 X now along with a separate mat, to frame posters my brother produced for sale. These frames are extremely good value and quality for the money. Well packaged and easy to hang, I would definitely recommend them.

Good frame for puzzles or artwork
Good fit. A little leeway for the size of my artwork but a tight backing is keeping it in place. Frame looks like a smooth finished wood frame. Mitered joints. Hanging assembly already in place for horizontal or vertical
