Q: Why the light is on, but the hard drive does not appear in "my computer"?

If the light is on or the hard drive gets warm, it means the enclosure is fine, check the "disk-management", if your hard drive can't be found, it is possible one of your hard drive,cable or interface is detective,replace them can solve problem

Q: Why the transfer speed is smaller than the description?

That depends on the interface and the operation syatem, please comfirm that your interface is USB3.0, if you are sure the interface is USB3.0 but the speed is 30-40MB, please down the corresponding USB3.0 driver of your system from Internet.

Q: Why sometimes the enclosure would disconnecting automatically?

If there is no data visiting longer than 10 minutes, the enclosure would enter sleep mode automatically, reboot it to awake it.

Q: If make sure that your hard drive is fine but the drive enclosure is not working or something wrong, what can you do?

If within three months, we will send you a replacement according to your idea.
