I’m a big fan of the open-toe compression socks. The closed-toe don’t allow for much toe movement. Finding the right size, and compression, that’s comfortable and effective can sometimes be challenging. These are great!

I'm a big guy 6 3 280 I bought the XL extra long. I've tried the cheaper brands on Amazon and eBay . These are by far the most Superior socks I've used.

UPDATED REVIEW:I have many pairs of these socks. I use them everyday, all day, and they have been a lifesaver for sure. Today I just want to comment on the companies customer service. They care about their customers, respond, and resolve issues. Buy and spend your hard earned money here. You won't regret it!

Even though I measure my calf with and chose according to size it was extremely tight it digged into my leg. I liked the fact it's open toe and that makes a difference from others but I would not wear these for a whole work day.

Small review: two socks come in one order! I LOVE this compression sock. I wear a thigh high, footed, 30/40 mmHG, 24/7. I started waking up in tears because the beading that’s on the top of a thigh high sock was digging into my skin while I was sleeping. I bought this to sleep in to be a little more comfortable.This will feel a little less tight than a full coverage (thigh to toe) compression sock but I do I believe it is true to 30-40 mmHG measurement; I believe it just feels different since my foot and thigh are not covered.Make sure you read the measurement chart and take measurements before purchasing! When I purchased this, free returns were available through prime, so even if you don’t get it right the first time you can return and repurchase.I wish the sock was a bit longer. It wear it below my knee, but had it on my knee for the pictures. It does cover from my ankle, to right under my knee. Perfect!To top it all of, It was delivered in ONE day! I would definitely purchase again.
