This is a great roasting rack. It is heavy and sturdy, and washes well in the dishwasher. I highly recommend it..

Although a little pricey, this rack has been worth the money. I use the 5.5-quart Alathote brand oval cast iron Dutch oven purchased from Amazon for my bread-baking, and I wanted something to create some space between the bottom of the Dutch oven and the bread dough. This rack fits into the bottom of the Dutch oven perfectly, and I lower my dough onto it using parchment paper. I find that since using the rack, the bottom crusts of my breads are not as thick and difficult to cut though when slicing the bread. Good solution/enhancement for that! My Crockpot is (I believe) a six-quart oval model, and I like to slow-cook ribs in it. This little roasting rack fits perfectly into the bottom of the Crockpot too, so I can elevate what I am cooking a bit above the level of the liquid. I like the short feet of this rack, since it doesn't raise my bread dough up too high in the Dutch oven, and it leaves room for my ribs in the Crockpot. The rack does clean easily, which is great vs. those chrome-plated, lightweight things I have used. If you want to use this rack similarly, I advise you measure the bottom of your cooking vessels carefully and compare to the dimensions of the rack given in the product description.

I bought this to replace the roasting rack in my slow roaster. It fits nice, it works great. The coating on it seems durable to last a while.

Nice and sturdy and a great size for a small turkey or roast. Cleans easily.

Fits in my rotisserie pan quite nicely. It's got a decent amount of "girth" to the wire, this should hold a bird just fine. It's also got a non-stick coating on it, I'll review it after the holiday's, let y'all know how it held up. Currently I don't see any issues with it.

This is a nice, heavy rack. It's a tad smaller than I was looking for, but the next size up from a different manufacturer was too big to fit in the 15 in. covered roasting pan I have. This will definitely work for the 9 lb turkey breasy I have to roast for Thanksgiving this year!

Cleans up great, but I also spray it with nonstick spray. I wish it was slightly bigger. It's doing what it is supposed to do which is keeping my meat off the bottom of the roaster. Doesn't feel cheap.

Perfect size held a 23pound turkey with no problem. Easy clean up
