NOT AS ADVERTISED!!!!
This arrived, expecting as per the Q&A and reviews for it to be LED, but as suspected by the photos, it's not. Worse, it's advertised as Energy Rating A+, however it clearly states on the packaging that it's infact Energy Rating F. F!!!!!!! That said, it's an attractive bulb and the low warm lighting it gives out is what I wanted, albeit for a larger amount of electricity required.

Item Mis-sold! Do not buy!
This item is mis-sold as an Energy A+ rated whereas in fact it is E rated. That's a massive difference in energy consumption that will increase your electricity bills and contribute to global warming. These 'retro' bulbs are really bad for the environment. Please buy LED instead and definitely don't buy from this seller who has mis-represented the quality of their product.

Stunning bulbs for show and glow.
The bulbs are ideal for soft glow and ideal for a widow display, don't expect them to light your room up or be able to read by them. You don't need a shade, however a wire basket shade will give the bulb protection for a Table lamp, the bulbs are a show piece them selves.

Red hot and not as described
These bulbs get red hot in use. They are energy class "E" and are definitely not the ones in the Amazon listing.We bought eight for a chandelier. When I plugged one in, it was so hot that I could feel the heat standing under it.I dread to think how much they cost to run.

A thing of beauty.
Coloured slightly amber, theses dimmable lamps give off a very appealing, ambient light. I've tested them across dimming levels and left on for days - all working fine.They didn't dim to zero but that could be my dimmer switch, not the lamp itself.The protective packaging is extremely well thought out and even the box looks retro.

Lovely soft golden glow.
Increasingly difficult to find soft glow bulbs, so when I tried Amazon for them, I came across these old fashioned ones. Lovely soft golden glow which creates a nice cosy atmosphere. All I need now is a gramophone ;)

STUNNINGLY beautiful :)as i have some lampshade which show the bulb i was looking for something special .... and here i found it ... i only ordered two , to see if i like the result in real life .. but it is better than expected ...EVERYBODY COMMENTS ON THESE BULBS and wants to buy them too ...well , i certainly will buy more ...
