I do not have the numerals at hand but I believe that they measure approximately 5cm x 5cm

Is there anywhere that I can buy replacement number cards?

Hi. Sorry I don't know if you can get replacement cards. They can easily be lost so I used a little stick 'n' stick velcro on them to minimise the chance although it took a long time!,
