This is a very thin and see-through muslin. Much more suited for straining foodstuffs or testing dress patterns, rather than making clothes. I'd advise using something thicker for your purposes.

No idea on this one, but 15 metres is quite a large amount

Do you think that this material would be suitable to make a temporary screen for projection in a theatre?

No. It has an open weave and is used for draining things through that need something finer than a sieve. Your projection will end up behind it. Try using a roll of wall paper backing. Cheap and effective. Best of luck.
