I'm Impressed..! I have bought other resistance bands before to help with my workouts at home and these are a much superior quality. I was initially surprised at the weight of the package as my other bands were quite light in comparison. Whereas my previous handles, etc were plastic, these are metal. Hence the additional weight of the package.Not too heavy though. The resistance is much better than my old bands too. The webbing for the handles, ankle straps and door anchor is quite thick and well stitched so they should last a long time. The exercise booklet is quite comprehensive and outlines enough exercises to give a good complete body workout and also gives you a link to a website that has videos so you can see how they are performed if you're not sure exactly how to perform them. (Pictures do not give you the full range of movement - only the beginning and end of the exercise). The website is a paid for service so you may want to search youtube for resistance band workouts. If you want to have two sets of bands, Bodylastics also have another set for £79 but if you buy 2 of these at £26 you almost get the same amount of bits and pieces and you'll have 2 sets of bands for quite a bit less. It all depends on your own personal requirements and what you need the other bits for. Personally, I wanted two sets of bands so buying 2 sets of the £26 package was a better option for me and cheaper too. Overall if, like me, you want to augment your workouts with resistance band training or take them on holiday to keep in shape then these are a really good option.

Awesome product! Use it 4 times a week, have had it 3 years now and I've only just started seeing wear and tear on one cable. Can this be replaced or do i need to buy a whole set again? Either way it's great value for money. Saved me thousands in gym membership. If one of you lovely people at bodylastics see this please let me know. Update, a lovely gent from bodylastics replaced my cable that had started to fray. Awesome service and still all in great condition. Have saves thousands in gym memberships!! Update. Another few years have past, seems the 8lb due to being used a lot has perished. Been searching amazon for another and can't find it. Ill happily pay for this one if u lovely lot at amazon can direct me to one. Amazing bit of kit, worth every penny. Update. 5 years now I've been using bodylastics and a cracking chap called Jason Gateman has now replaced 3 of my cables that have wear and tear at only the shipping cost. Take note people, this is how you treat your customers. I'm one for life! Brilliant product 🤘💪

I have used the bands for 4 months and they have a very good quality. For those wondering if the Kit is suitable for building some muscle, I believe it is, since the 30lbs tube is really a beast and I cannot wait to reach the point where I will be able to stretch it! The reason why I'm giving 4 stars: I do not like the fact that stepping on a tube in order to execute an exercise does not secure it in place (maybe the barrier could help with that). Moreover, some video links mentioned in the instructions booklet no longer exist.

Looking to maintain what I've got after 30 plus years of gym workouts. After recent surgery the advice was to reduce any impact and intensity if I didn't want to end up crippled! Read the reviews and agree with the majority of 4&5 star ratings it really is a top quality piece of work out equipment. Very good for toning and extremely versatile to hit most body parts. Not so sure it will build mass the same as gym equipment but that's about maintaining the diet in any event. Superb transaction all round and would recommend to anyone looking to tone and reach or maintain a good level of flexibility and/or fitness

Having severe arthritis means that proper exercise is difficult, this set of bands has helped me to develop an exercise routine that I can adjust according to how I am feeling on any particular day. The range of bands is very good, giving me the option to exercise as hard or as light as I need to and the included accessories allow for exercising the muscle groups that I need to work on. The compact size of the kit allows for easy storage and it tucks away in a drawer when not in use. Excellent product.

Fantastic quality! Feels very sturdy. The grips, connector/clips and accessories are all very high quality. The clips are good quality metal and multiple bands can be connected to the accessories giving great resistance. The bands feel strong and all have weights in lbs and kg's on them so you know what you're weights you are lifting. Been stung with cheaper bands before but these look and feel like a very high quality product. I would absolutely recommend these for anyone who wants a good quality, home work out. Comes with a great bag too - so you can pack them up and take them whereever you want! 5 stars!

Not as practical as i expected. They seem resistant but too thick to step on. As i exercise i struggle to keep them in place when i step on them. The quality seems good though.

I bought the Warrior Edition as for the price there were more pieces included. It's a great bit of kit; the only complaint is that the black paint on the handle buckles is coming off quickly. But that's no big deal. I didn't know what to expect from resistance bands having not used them before, but I found that many exercises worked better than with dumbbells.

es el segundo kit que compro de la marca, el primero se me quedo pequeño y necesitaba algo mas de peso y pille este, el primero aun me dura despues de unos 4 meses de entreno, 3 veces por semana, con una antiguedad de un año, me ha permitido entrenar en casa, cuando no podia fuera, manteniendome y dando ligeros resultados, no me quejo

Excellent pour l’échauffement ; je n'ai rien trouvé mieux que les élastiques. Ceux-ci possèdent une corde intérieur anti-claquage: si l'élastique pète, vous ne vous le prendrez pas dans la gueule. Ces élastiques sont robustes. Bien utilisés à l'intérieur, ils ne semblent pas subir le vieillissement pour l'instant. Je n'aime pas trop les poignées et essaie de faire le maximum d'exercice en empoignant directement les bouts des élastiques avec les gants de musculation quand c'est possible Attention à ne pas l'installer sur une porte ou quelqu'un peu arriver de l'autre côté !!!!! C'est l'accident assuré.

Un modo alternativo (scoperto recentemente) e davvero efficiente per allenarsi e, a seconda dell'utilizzo, per tenersi in forma o per sviluppare massa muscolare. La cosa eccezionale è la possibilità di replicare pressocchè ogni tipo di esercizio di palestra convenzionale, ma potendo fare il tutto in casa, eliminando tempi e costi (e a volte la mancanza di voglia) per recarsi in palestra. Le funi elastiche sono davvero ben fatte, sicure e corredate degli accessori per l'aggancio a porte/supporti fissi. Inoltre uso con efficacia la app di Bodylastics con le spiegazioni di decine di esercizi ed intere sessioni di allenamento. Davvero contento dell'acquisto, consigliato vivamente! Infine un plauso ovvio ad Amazon per la sua eccezionale logistica.

Loopband come da descrizione e di materiale ottimo. Li ho già testati in palestra e svolgono perfettamente il loro dovere. Costano un po' di più degli altri kit presenti su Amazon ma la qualità si paga e vale tutto il prezzo. Consigliatissimi
