Highly recommend this tree!!! Warning though…it is extremely messy to put up and take down but I feel very much worth it!. Before you put your ladder away and before you begin to decorate, I suggest that you use the tension cables to keep your tree straight. I did not and it was straight before I decorated but after decorating it decided to lean. It was fine and I adjusted enough that I was fine with it and you could barely tell. But the adjusting did create another flocking mess to clean up. Again, worth it! This is a 12’. So so happy we purchased it. It came in 2 large boxes so storage will be a bit crowded.

The media could not be loaded. This tree is very pretty. Pretty full looking for the number of tips it has. I think for the money, it should have more tips. However with plenty of ornaments I'm sure it'll look fine. Like some of the other reviews I've seen. Which is what I based my purchase on. It doesn't seem as wide as I thought it was going to be tho. I even got my tape measure out to see how wide is would be before I ordered. Definitely doesn't seem to be 59-60" wide. I love fatter trees but it fits really well in our space. So it'll do.Easy to set up. Sturdy but light enough to move around if needed. I fluffed it for about an hour and looks pretty full even without ornaments. I really wish they had a 10 ft one bc that's what I was really wanting. I think if they ever make a 10 ft, I'll purchase that one too.

One ⭐️ because they completely ruined Christmas for my 2 year old autistic granddaughter! Tree is beautiful but the wrong tree was sent, it had no lights! Now I have to have it returned, wait for my refund, and by the time it’s all processed... I have no tree for Christmas. Frazier Hill was unconcerned and unhelpful and refused to help. Amazon could only do a return and refund AFTER the return and it will take nearly a week! Sooo disappointed!

I put my tree up and separated the branches one section at a time and it made it so much easier to get the branches just right. I had more of the fake snow on my pajama pants then on my floor. I was happily surprised to see how very little was on the carpet. It was very easy to clean up. This is my first snow flocked tree and I am so happy with my purchase. When it's time to take it down, I am planning on putting it back in the box the way it came, with bubble/plastic wrap around section A, B & C to help with putting it back up again next year!

The tree is beautiful. Picture shown is tree not fluffed. I only pushed the branches down m. Tippy top branches not pulled down yet. However 2 branches are missing completely both near the same area and 2 are broken. The missing area is mid section I had to put towards the wall and the broken branches I had to rig to stay up. I love this tree so much so I’m just really disappointed. I don’t want to take the time to return a whole tree so some how I will make it work but I’ll have to buy a new tree next year because I didn’t want mine up against the wall. My first time buying a tree online. Will be trying to contact seller to see if I can buy the two branches or something because I do love the tree.

My tree came in and I immediately put it up. I love decorating trees!! My excitement started to fade as I noticed a few broken branches… like 4. Maybe 5.I managed to make it work with zip ties , but I called the customer service number to see what could be done. With no hassle at all, I have a new tree on the way to me and I was not asked to return the original one. I’m pleased.

I was very unsure about this tree when we unboxed it, we set it up and over the next week fluffed it. This tree takes a lot of work because you have to do a lot of fluffing. We used flowers as decoration with fairy lights. It took time but this is an incredible tree. The flocking is heavy and sheds a lot at first but not so much after, even as our dogs trudges around under it. Get it and give it time and attention, it definitely grows on you and we find it perfect.
