this cup isn't leak proof , drinkig from it is awkward , the liquid dribbled onto my clothes,the drink stayed warm . would work as ' make now to use later ' in a more suitable mug 1If I was able to return it easily , I would have sent it back in case it was a defective one.

I have just received this...when I took it out the box it has a slight crack in it, the lid doesn't fit snuggly either. But it does keep you drink hot for awhile and it's a nice cup to drink out of. I'm a little sad with the design as it doesn't look as good as it does in the picture but other than that it's an OK cup.

Ordered 4 as presents for teachers! They look OK but all came without any boxes...all in one box! A bit disappointed as more difficult to wrap

The lid don't fit right on the cup and also the writing come of after a while not the best thing I bought from Amazon

Was, looking forward to receiving and using this item but I'm totally disappointed. There's marks all over the plastic, it never came in a box and looks cheap and nasty.

Smaller than expected and came without a lid- which is the most important part for the use of the cup. I am aware the package was rushed but that is ridiculous! It could be used as a normal cup though if you take out the pink part. It was supposed to be a Christmas present: I am disappointed wish I read the reviews

Cup is extremely overpriced for what it is. Would be able to buy elsewhere for couple of pounds. Just a cheap looking plastic mug really. No lid provided. When washed it,the outer plastic cup became full of condensation and it didnt go. Sent it back for refund.

The cup arrived it was very dusty looked like it was second hand with marks and scratches all over it .
