I am very happy with this product i bought it for my Cocker Spaniel puppy (10 months) I am a wheelchair user and she is already quite good at walking next to the wheelchair but when she spots another dog, bird or person she gets rather excited and pulls and sometimes she can pull the wheelchair off course to the side and because of this i was having to drive to the park as i was worried about her pulling towards the road and it being unsafe.I was unsure about getting a HALTI as i didn't like the idea of having anything around her muzzle but i felt that i had exhausted every other option i had tried to the techniques on youtube and it just wasn't working for us so i decided to bite the bullet and get one and i must say that its the best decision I've ever made it has been the last piece of the puzzle. Her walking is now pretty much perfect she is no longer able to pull as the HALTI brings her head round when she does so it corrects her straight away. She now trots next to the wheelchair lovely and I had no problem introducing her to the HALTI either she let me put it on her without any issue she did have a little tantrum when it first corrected her and bucked like a bronco but it only lasted about 30 seconds then she just carried on walking we have been using it for 3 weeks and now and again tries to paw it off but i just give the lead a little bit of a tug and she walks on.She has improved that much we are now walking to and from the park without a problem and because she is now unable to pull when she sees another dog it has calmed her down significantly as she has learnt that it gets her nowhere to pull and freak out.What i like about this HALTI also is that the part that goes over the top of the muzzle is padded so that the nylon which it is made from doesn't rub against the top of her muzzle.Size wise i went for a size 2 which was recommended in the sizes i did read the reviews which said maybe to go for the size down but i was more concerned about it being too tight around her muzzle so i decided to go for the recommended which fits perfectly around her muzzle but was slightly too big at the back so all i did was put it on her and adjusted it to the size on the back strap which was correct for her by folding the extra bit of strap on itself pinning it and then after removing it from her sewing it securely and I've had no problem at all.So size wise it personal preference as to what size you would think is best for your dog i was quite happy to alter if needed my cocker spaniel is a working cocker and is quite petite so its not to say that size wouldn't fit perfectly for another cocker spaniel.

Not as comfy as I had hoped for my dogs they were in-between sizes, tried size up and size down and still wasn't quite the right fitting for them, returned but well made

Sizing is not accurate, I returned as it did not fit my dog even after measuring him. He hated this going on him anyway. Not sure I would of been able to walk him around with this on even if it did fit.Durability - very well made, thus will last you a life time and can be adjusted, however eve. After adjusting it to the smallest size it still didn’t fit my fella.Ease of use - it is so easy to put on and understand how it works unlike some of the halternecks.

Works a treat for training a young dog

I bought this for my young Whippet who has turned into a strong teenager. After nearly being dragged through bushes with him trying to chase a squirrel and having 3 Whippets to hold back, I decided a Halti is a must. I was always one to think a harness is the kindest option but with 3 on harnesses they have full strength behind them and lead walking was becoming a nightmare. I don't need Haltis for my older Whippets but for my younger one it's perfect whilst he's still flighty. It fits him well, it doesn't ride up over his eyes and now we can see cats, squirrels and anything else without me getting my arms pulled out of their sockets. I bought the Halti training lead to go with this and they work a treat. A must have for anyone with a strong dog, would highly recommend

This comes with a strap under the chin which stops the dog being able to open their mouth! I had to cut it and sew it to the side straps. Stupid design. The old design is so much better!

After being pulled for over 8 years while walking my dog, I can FINALLY have an enjoyable walk! I put the Haiti harness on my dog and it was a miracle, she didn't pull; it's like she instinctively knew not to pull! I will say she didn't like it and was shaking her head when I first put it on, but I just calmly talked to her and told her what a good girl she was and said "no" when she shook her head. My dog is afraid of everything and was always yanking me this way and that way and almost pulled me over several times (even though she is a small dog). But not with the Halti harness! She's able to walk without pulling me when trucks drive by and when we pass houses under construction (the nail guns used to really make her pull). After day 2 of using the harness, she has adjusted to it just fine!I know others said their dogs were able to get the nose piece off with their paws, but thankfully I didn't have that issue. I think the key is to be sure to get the correct size; you don't want it to be too tight or too loose, so be sure to pay particular attention to the sizing chart. I am truly happy with this purchase and highly recommend you try it for yourself.

Great quality and really works. My dog was a puller and after using this gentle leader it's made a huge difference walking with my dog.

This made our walks so much more enjoyable. Lucy walks next to me perfectly when she wears her Halti. I barely have to tug the leash to get her attention. Super easy to place on her and comfortable. She did try to take it off while walking but I noticed she does this less every walk. She is 50lbs Lab/Aussie mix and wears a size 2.*She was getting snowflakes on her eyelashes in the picture
