Knipex Electronics Pliers with multi-component grips 115 mm 35 22 115

I've had a set of cheapo electronics tools for a while now and when return spring of the cutters broke I decided to treat myself to some high quality replacements.These are very nice to use, small enough to handle the fiddly work I do but still comfy in the hand, high quality materials with a lovely fit & finish.Not the cheapest you'll find but I expect these to outlast me so good value over the life of the tool, if you're in the market for some decent pliers for fine work then you won't go wrong with these.

Being a true believer of “you get what you pay for”, I was set on choosing Knipex yet again when it came to getting some electronic pliers, as I have been extremely impressed with the rest of their offerings I’ve bought to date. I have to say the quality of these has not disappointed and is right up there with the rest of their range.The pliers are the new style with the box joint hinge rather than the typical pin hinge, meaning zero sideways movement and slimmer profile. The jaws are virtually flat with some micro serration, as not to slip, yet not to mark any components or electrical ribbons. The tips come to a point right at the tip, so that you can grab 1mm components with ease right at the tip. And as you can see from the photo they then have about a 0.5mm gap between the jaws the rest of the way. This is to ensure any electrical ribbons are gripped with equal pressure throughout. This is a design feature and not a defect.The mirror polish on these is beautiful and the spring action is very subtle yet smooth allowing fine control and dexterity.Once again, the Knipex quality and precision has not disappointed and proves they are worth the extra money.

Will use this for electronics and jewelry repair. Small flat jaw should work perfectly.

As with all Knipex pliers and cutters the build quality is excellent. The only negatives I can think of are that I do find the handles a little small in my hands and that when not on offer they are a little pricy.

Been after somthing that is snall enough to hold audio cables so i can solder them. These fit the bill perfectly and as there knipex there good high quality and will last.
