A very personal response
I had very high hopes, but for me, it seemed to be impossible to cook these to an edible texture. No matter how long I cooked, they were tough. However, I do not have strong teeth; it might be that they would be fine for other people. Biona's other products are fine, so it is probably my problem. So, take the one star as a very personal rating, and possibly very misleading.
