The steel is thick enough , just a suggestion, a handle where your hand can slide in would help with control, a good product overall.

Item came as described and works well. Picking up items chopped on my cutting board also has lots of good information for cooking on the blades themselves.

This set of dough knives are usefully and legibly marked with cm and inch scales and measurement equivalents. On the inch scale side, there is a bevel, which isn't on most dough knives, and the scale is nicely cut into the bevel. The bevel makes a sharper working edge which makes cutting and scraping more efficient. The wood handles make for a nice working feel.

It's such a simple gadget. Just a piece of metal with a handle.. But the things you can do! Chop, slice, slide, scrape...one of the handiest gadgets I have purchased for the kitchen!

I have not used this product yet, but the quality seems great - the construction feels solid and it's easy to hold. Since there were two, I gave one to my daughter - she was impressed with the construction and loves the conversion tables etched into the blade. I am looking forward to making my first loaf of bread with this sturdy, practical tool.

I purchased these to clean my Blackstone griddle. with. They are very well made and do a good job. The price was very good also. I definitely recommend them.

One of the scrapers was delivered damaged at the corner. (Refer photo). As a result, the damaged corner is sharp, and a hazard to use

I chose the wooden handle over the plastic, nice feel in the hand. Great value as a '2 pack'. First use was getting my pastry off the counter-top after I cut some shapes out. Perfect! I can see this being a very useful tool in the kitchen!

I use it every two weeks from the time of purchase. They work well.

It meets all the requirements for a good bench scraper except for one thing and that’s why it lost a star or two. The handle is a bit awkward to hold on to. If ‘ergonomic’ is important to you this scraper isn’t for you. Other than that the value for this purchase is very good.
