Great product, and the range should provide an option for all needs
It’s worth knowing your bloods and discussing what supplements are most likely to suit your needs before selecting from the menopace range. For me the Calcium one is perfect. My blood results so far have been good since I started this and I am feeling less of the discomforts associated with menopause.

Buy buy buy!!!!
My GP just told me basically to except the problems I am going through and just get on with things; but it is having a huge impact on my work..... so I bought these, and I am actually incredibly pleased with this product. Unless it’s a coincidence I have found hot flushes have diminished from about 20 a day to maybe 3-5. I take at night and have stopped waking in the night too..... I’m very very happy!! (This is from a generally sceptical vitamin taker)

Great tablets to reduce the side effects of Menopause
You can notice the difference, 2 to 3 days after taking the tablets as instructed by the notice. I will buy them again. Many thanks for your great product!

Great Combination
Love these because I can’t tolerate calcium tablets on their own. No idea if they work though. However, I’d now to be too nervous to stop!

Calcium makes the difference
I've been taking these for some time and really help. I ran out a while ago and tried one of the other boxes in the menopace range as the calcium ones were out of stock. Within a few days I had really bad pains in my hips and legs. When I managed to get these again the pains went so they definitely make all the difference for me.

Warning can give you indigestion!
I normally take the original Menopace but thought I might give the ones with added calcium a try. Don't if you suffer from GERD or have a hiatus hernia like myself. The tablets are large, and this form of calcium causes the stomach to produce excess acid and gives you diarrhoea. Better to get your extra calcium from fish, dairy and nuts.

Made my nails & hair grow & generally feel better for taking them. They are quite big tablets & have struggled to swallow at times especially as you’ve to take two.
