I love how easy this is to use and clean. It has a shorter stroke from a different appliance I used to have, but it works fabulously to mince crying onions.

I like things that make my life easier and spend hard earned money on quality things that enrich our daily life's. This little Kitchen gadget is one among them. It really makes my life a bit easier in the Kitchen . I have tested this on multiple items and here is my honest feedback. Anything soft it stumbles a bit , like tomatoes, cilantro and green onion ( it crushes them instead of chopping them) . Its not the choppers fault as even my well sharpened knife did that on very ripe/soft tomatoes. Anyways a well crushed tomato is not that bad as its perfect for Salsa or Pasta sauce or even curry sauce. Now the good stuff. Its excellent in cutting nuts ( peanuts, pecans , almonds and walnuts ), regular and sweet potatoes, all types of onion ( red, white and yellow ), amazing with carrots, celery , mushrooms , broccoli, cabbage ,cucumber, jalapenos , serrano's and even crushes ice easily( though not a good thing to do often ). I also tested it on apples and it was good. But the thing I really like about, is its cutting skills even on very small stuff like a clove or two of garlic ( most processors don't do this) and even a miniscule piece of ginger for my tea in the evening. Many folks think that this chopper has very small cup size ( 1 cup ) , but don't let that fool you. You can directly chop this on a wooden or plastic cutting board without the bottom cover and seriously not have any limitation on size. I was able to mince and chop 5 large onions for a party in 3-4 minutes right on my cutting board. Finally the cleaning part. This is where it excels most others on the market. The whole thing comes off for easy cleaning and reassembly . Please see Di Reggale's youtube video for assembly instructions. Its really easy once you get the hang off it and it becomes second nature ...Saving the best part for the last is the customer service. When was the last time you saw a company standing behind its products for Life ? Nancy has been a source of terrific support in answering any questions on the product and really walks that extra mile to support her customers. This type of customer service is really rare these days and happy to support folks like them. Buy this product, use it with care as it was designed to be and I bet you can get years worth of service from this little gadget .

This chopper was purchased in 2019 and has seen a lot of use. It has worked flawlessly from the start. It is nicely designed and built...very sturdy and easy to use. The blades are quite sharp. My wife and I along with many "helpers" have chopped nuts and all types of crisp vegetables (onions, carrots, etc). The unit dissembles easily for cleaning and washes up quickly. At first, I was using it on a polymer cutting board but quickly learned that using the base cover, which is made of a firm but resilient rubber like material, produced a better result and was easier on the blades. It has a small footprint and stores easily. I recommend it without reservation.

Piece of crap! I can chew better than this Thing can cut. Tried an onion. Just mashed it tried peppers same thing. Blades are a joke. Not sharp at all. I took a chance after some decent reviews. Now ive used it and cant return Take my word for it.

its ok and better than hand chopping, but very noisy to use. I wish there was a quieter option.
