"Just the Job"
Great product although it does have a strong smell initially but decreases with time. Will be ordering again when this purchase is used.

Pure, no stain, perfect
This is a traditional Danish Oil, perfect for outdoor wood. I had 2 tables and 10 chairs and a bench. Every few years I jet wash them and give them a light sand. This Danish oil went on really easily, soaked in nicely, ready to use a couple of days later with no staining to clothes. You don't need to add a second coat as it will sit on the top surface and give a milky appearance. So, one good coat and that's it. Excellent value for money too.

Great value for money.
Brought this to finish my logcabin/summerhouse. Adds a nice yellow/honey tint to the wood (applying it to pine). Has a nice satin sheen and will get more glossy with multiple coats. Seems to be keeping the water off Aswell when I wet it but it’s not rained for me to test it properly.

Do a preliminary test!
Arrived the next day. A quality product but I applied it to White oak doors and they are now a lot darker. A sort of orange colour. Now we are having to sand them down and buy something else. I didn't test it out first on an inconspicuous patch and am paying the price. Would apply it to darker wood however. Price was good news an English firm.

Damaged item
The product itself is great, however when it arrived this product was dented and damaged when opened. I'm not very happy with how it was treated and would like to request that this should be improved in the future.

Very good
Its the first time I used oil like this to protect wood and very happy with it. I sanded old floorboards and put 3 coats of oil. Love the look-the boards darkened a little bit with a warm, lovely natural feel to them. They seem very well protected as no dust or wet/muck stains them. Very happy.

Great value/quality Danish oil
Used this for front gates. Really revived them and seems to be durable finish. The first time I oiled the gates I bought from a local DIY store- got 1 litre for twice the price!! Have majority of can left and hopefully it will do for next several applications!
