Q: Will these fit a Stanley 69-701 (works with type 53 or NT)?

Don't know, I bought the wrong staples myself as the advert description was misleading ! These staples are 10mm wide and 8mm high if that helps. And I have a whole box of them that I don't need.

Q: Are these syitable for Hilka 3-in-1 gun?

Fit Stanley: 69-809, FMHT0-74997, FMHT0-80550, FMHT81394-9, TR60, TR100 series, TR200 series, TRE500 series, PHT150 and G11.

Hi, I have bought wrong staples myself. Check out that TRA705T and the numbers on the Stanley staple box fits your staple gun. Some staples do not fit a Stanley Gun.

if you have a stapler that folds each point end back maybe it would. I have a stapler that is made to fix to hard surface like wood and plastic without the points being folded back.
