I have been meaning to buy a heavy duty stapler for sometime now, and not got around to it because models I have looked at have been too large/heavy, or a bit more money than I felt inclined to pay. I decided to go for this one based on the good reviews on Amazon. - Well, here I am adding another good review. It is true what most folks say about it. It does indeed staple perfectly first time, no jams, no failing to fold the staple properly on the back. It works beautifully every time. It is not overly large or heavy, and does not require supreme muscle to get through a thickness of document, a moderately firm press does it every time. It is also good value, half the price of some other models I have looked at. I highly recommend this product, you won't be dissappointed.

I was searching for a stapler that would allow me to staple 20-40 pages together easily. So when I came across this product, I thought what a crazy price for a stapler! I looked for a cheaper price or an alternative product without success. The other shops were charging double the price for this item! I could not believe how this product could have received nearly 14 five-star reviews. I thought this is too good to be true. I decided to go for it on the basis of other people's experiences which sometimes is not the best idea. However on this occasion it was right choice. Easily stapled together 20-40 page documents and looks solid. The staples provided are nice too. Therefore if you think the price is too high for a mundane product, think again. In the long run, if you staple regularly, it is worth it. However if you staple sporadically then I would suggest a really cheaper option. If you have the extra cash then go ahead. Overall, fantastic.

I bought this because my current stapler (a not inexpensive model) simply couldn't cope with more than 12 pages. I got fed up clearing out all the twisted staples and having to use bulky paper clips. This Rexel Odyssey was expensive (for a stapler) but since it arrived a couple of days ago I've not stopped using it! It's marvellous and manages to staple just about anything (although the most I've tried is about 30 pages). I don't use it for small amounts of paper as the staples are expensive and it seems a waste to use them when I don't really have to, but that's the only downside. I'm really pleased with it. Now I just have to find a cheap supplier of replacement staples and I'll be a really happy bunny. Highly recommended.

I am the envy of all my colleagues in the office with this bad boy on my desk..... OK, so its not a very exciting office but trust me once you have used one of these you will realise what all the fuss is about. How many times have you had to slam your existing stapler against the side of the desk to free up a jammed staple? The Odyssey stapler never jams, holds loads of staples, staples through the thickest of documents with minimum effort and looks and feels like it will last a lifetime. Don't forget to buy the special Odyssey staples to go with this stapler. You are sure to find them in the "frequently purchased together" section on this Amazon page.

Having recently started University and already being swamped with endless paperwork, I thought this product would serve my purposes well. And so I ordered. First impressions were positive, arriving promptly and securely packaged, and impressively crafted from metal; as opposed to that cheap, nasty plastic that is all too common in today's post-industrial world. Impressively heavy as well, yet most importantly: impressively functional. This thing beats down as easily on 2 sheets of paper as it does 60, very little pressure is needed. It (as described) is also packaged with 500 (quite chunky) "multipurpose" staples which work like a treat. However I'd be careful not to drop it due to the experiences of others who claim that the spring is prone to breaking. Finally, 4/5 mainly due to the price, £18 is a lot to pay for a stapler, regardless of anybody's RRP.

Effortless stapling of large quantities of paper

Its always amusing at just how bad most staplers are, even from 'good' brands. This thing is superb, has never failed, it actually works every time - even after 3 years I ended up buying this to use at work because the company supplied ones (as with every other company i can think of I've worked for) were total junk. I'm sure it seems rather weird bothering to write a review about a stapler but this thing is so much better than anything else out there - makes you appreciate when something is done properly. You really will never need another stapler.

This was the best purchase I've made. It's a good weight and really does it's job well. All family members now happy they aren't having to battle with our smaller stapler that could barely cope with 5 pages. Being able to press in a downwards direction means you don't need the strength to make it work and because it is a bulky-ish desk top item - it has yet to disappear around the house into someone else's room, but has remained on my desk - yeah!! Definitely recommend this.

Dieser Hefter ist ein Neukauf. Der Spezialhefter lässt sich durch seine schlanke Form sehr gut bedienen und überzeugt durch seine Heftleistung. Meine ersten Versuche mit "nur" 24 Blatt Papier waren mehr als positiv. Das Heften erfolgte absolut ohne Kraftanstrengung. Dieser Hefter beweist, dass es auch ohne Strom bzw. Batterien geht. Wegen seines geringen Gewichtes (540 g) kann er mühelos transportiert werden. Optisch ist er ansprechend, wenn dies auch keinen Einfluss auf eine Kaufentscheidung darstellt. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann den Hefter empfehlen.

Sitting on my desk is a small basic Rexel stapler. It is over 40 years old and still works perfectly. So when I needed to buy a "heavy duty" stapler to cope with multiple sheets, I naturally gravitated to the Rexel brand. I'm so glad I did! This stapler is excellent and, bonus, is very stylish as well. Recommended.

Es una grapadora que puede unir 50 páginas, sin demasiado esuerzo gracias su sistema de palanca (como dijo Arquímedes). De gran calidad tanto real como por su aspecto. Un producto muy bien logrado y acabado. Eso si de un tamaño mayor a las grapadoras normales, no apta para escritorios pequeños.
