Delicious peach gummies, easy to chew size, shape, and texture. Not sure if they're doing anything to help my hair or nails, but at least nothing's gotten worse! Will order another bottle and see if I can detect any changes.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: My nails have always been very long and strong, but thanks to chemo and/or anti-hormone therapy, they are a cracking, peeling mess. Keep in mind you have to take these a few months to see results - a know people who try pills for 2-3 weeks and decide it's not working. Your nails need time to grow out before you can decide! They are longer and stronger - not as much as before the medication, but what can I expect? Overall, I think it is really working!
