THE BAD: -A little too tight if your ankle has swollen as the gel pad can put pressure around your ankle -The washing instructions are in the way and visibly flapping about -Blue colour is very bright and doesn't look great with a pair of shorts -Can get a little warm and sweaty, doesn't breathe wonderfully. Could do with being antibacterial -You only get one sheathe used to slip it over your foot. This could be easily lost and you do need it. THE GOOD: -Fairly thin and comfortable -Easy to put on and remove -Very supportive -Good for exercise and running specifically. Very Good Ankle Support for it Fully Support both sides off the Ankle. The Compression level is spot on and the aid used to help slid it on is a really helpful too. This has been Designed Very well for all different reasons to use it. YES ITS WORTH ITS WIEGHT IN THE MONEY SPENT ON IT.

I was disappointed with this to begin with as I was worried it was too large as it does not sit tight around the top. I decided to give it a try anyway and discovered there is plenty adequate compression around the ankle. I think the extra cushioning around the ankle bone does really make a difference. I have tibialis posterior issues at the moment and swelling on the inside of the ankle - This support has made more of a difference to help keep this at bay and the ankle feels more supportive when walking or weight bearing on it. I think this is worth the extra money.

So far I am incredibly impressed with this support. I broke my ankle 20 years ago and have had pain ever since. Recently the arthritis has started causing lots of stiffness, pain and discomfort. I've used neo g supports in the past (the black airflow one I think) and they have been good, but this support is next level stuff!! As soon as input it on last night I had immediate relief!! Literally no pain when walking?? And this morning I pulled it on again and got up.....no pain again!! Normally I hobble and limp around for 20 mins but seriously....no pain....nothing?? It almost feels too good to be true?! So far I highly recommend this product. It feels great and my ankle feels strong when wearing it. Also it doesn't cut into the top of my foot like other supports. I'm a size 8 shoe and the medium fits perfect. Highly recommended ##UPDATE## After wearing it daily for 10 days, it no longer offers as much support. It seems to have stretched a lot and is a much looser fit now. Shame, for £18 I hoped it would last a lot longer?! I'm gonna put it through the washing machine and hopefully it will shrink back again? Oh also the heal is wearing out, broken elastic hanging out everywhere!

Very good and easy to fit when you use the plastic sock as an aid.

Good support but showing signs of wear after 6 uses. There is no return policy so cant send back or replace.I wonder if anyone reads these review ........if so be nice if supplier contacted me .

This is by far one of the best ankle supports on the market. It is comfortable, flexible yet very supportive and easy to put on or take off. This is something that should usually be worn during the subacute stage and also during the rehabilitation process. It has enabled me to get back to playing sports and running with a lot more confidence, knowing that my ankle's ligaments are well-supported. I can wear it the entire day without feeling uncomfortable. The silicone supports also feel very snug and I have managed to wear any sort of footwear with this on as well. I also bought the Neo G figure of 8 ankle support with straps, but that is not so comfortable or easy to wear as this and does not provide more support. Do ensure you choose the right size however (according to ankle circumference) and I would suggest going for the 'smaller' size if you are in-between sizes to ensure you get a tight, supportive fit. Very pleased with this purchase and I would highly recommend.

I play 5s, 6s and 7s football I always use these and I'm very happy as they do the job well.
