Happy with my K4 locomotive
Quick deliver, great manufacturing packaging, careful solid Amazon packaging. The locomotive looks great with many options in DCC functions. Sounds great and looks good on my track.

Absolutely Terrible
The Bachmann K4 arrived with parts missing and parts lying loose that should be attached at the factory. The WOW sound badly malfunctioned! I attempted an Amazon return…no way! I was forced to go to Bachmann. It took Bachmann 4 days before they would acknowledge my attempt to return. Bachmann refused a one for one exchange so at their direction I sent the defective unit to their repair facility with their promise it would be examined immediately upon arrival. Bachmann has had the K4 a week now and I was just informed that the repair manager will get to the K4 when he has time. I have dozens of DCC Sound locomotives and 20+ years experience with HO manufacturers. This is off the scale bad!
