A great set of conditioning workouts
Ok, so I don't follow the suggested routines - I just dip in to these workouts when I feel like it and have at it. Maybe that's a healthy attitude, maybe it's not. I'm disciplined enough that I already have a good exercise routine and don't require a regimented structure.Typically, I concentrate on compound movements with heavy weights in the gym - but RushFit I think is an excellent supplement to that kind of routine, and is great if you want to work on your conditioning in your own home. Most of the workouts are full body, and they definitely have a strong cardiovascular aspect to them. They are also enjoyable and that is probably the most important thing of all.I'm already pretty fit and quite athletic - I'll run 10km in around 50mins without hardly breaking a sweat - yet when I've completed the Full Body Strength & Conditioning GSP workout, I am literally dripping in sweat every time.I also dip in to p90x now and again, and have to say that RushFit is probably my preferred option of the two. The weights required for RushFit are typically less than p90x, but somehow the workouts are more vigorous and seem to work you harder. My old training buddy used to say "p90x is for people who want to get fitter, RushFit is for people who are already fit" - I won't say I 100% agree, but there certainly is something to that statement. In terms of 'broscience', I think RushFit is mostly non-BS. The routines/workouts are genuinely good, they do work you out and Eric and GSP don't spend much time spouting nonsense. They, and you, just crack on.In terms of supplementary equipment, I have a fairly wide range of kit at home, but typically I just do any and all of the workouts using 2x 7.5kg kettlebells - they're not ideal for all exercises, but you can adapt a bit. Sometimes, if I can be bothered to set it all up, I'll use dumbbells from 8kg to 15kg, but typically my 7.5kg kettlebells seem to work me out enough that I feel like I got something out of the session. I reckon you could get by with just that kind of set-up, but obviously your gains wouldn't increase after a point.I have resistance bands too, but they really don't work for RushFit like they do for p90x.In terms of having something you can use to structure a home workout to maximise the time spent, improve or maintain your conditioning; I would recommend RushFit whole-heartedly. As a be-all-and-end-all for getting from unfit to shredded? I think there's more to it than 6 discs and a pamphlet on how to eat and you should adjust your expectations accordingly.

GsP will make you sweat
I love this product, I gave it 4 stars because I'm only 3 weeks in so still have 5 weeks to go, I'm sure I will give it 5 stars on completion.I decided to do the beginners course because i felt so unfit, my daughter is doing this program with me.The number of press-ups / situps done per week is insane, but very satisfying when you come to redo your fitness test, as the numbers go up.The fitness test is only 4 minutes, but a very hard 4 minutes as you leave nothing behind. You will need extra room for some of the workouts, at 3 weeks we still have not done the explosive workout, but have watched it and will need to be done in the garden due to the amount of explosive jumping required (floorboards might not last). My weight has not come down as much as I would like, but I feel much stronger and fitter, I have lost 2 inches off my waist but still weigh the same, I'm hoping its because muscle weighs more than fat..! :)

The best workouts
9 years later I still use these workouts to improve strength, stamina and cardio, some of the best all-round workouts ever designed and I've been training since 1988.

Great workout
I have been short on time to work out and RushFit removes that excuse. It takes about 30-40 minutes for each work out which includes the warm up and cool down. I love that they made this a true home fitness routine. It doesn't require much equipment. Just some dumbbells and a mat. I highly recommend this home fitness system.

Very tough workout
Only 5 weeks in, but feels legit. Not likely to start MMA fighting or anything though. Pretty amusing to hear the French-Canadian accents as well.

Beast Mode On Full Blast!
So, my wife and I just completed our second week of Rushfit, and it feels amazing! In two weeks, my wife's body has already started transforming. She is quickly getting the body that she had when I met her nearly 10 years ago. As far as myself, This program has been noticeably slimming my midsection and I am packing on muscle like crazy. A few years ago, I was weighing in at 295 lbs and I lost about 75 lbs, and since then, gained about 25-30 lbs of it back, which is not acceptable to me. My wife has also had trouble keeping off the lbs since the birth of both of our kids. We needed something to get us back on track, so I started my research. We originally were going to go with Insanity, because we had so many friends and co workers that raved about how great it was and the infomercial just about had us sold. But the thing that we both noticed was the price was pretty high, and many of the people we saw that had done Insanity seemed to have lost weight, but put on little muscle to show with it. Also, after speaking with my brother in law who has done Insanity described the workout very well to me. As he stated "I can tell you the entire Insanity workout over the phone. Jump up and down for 40 minutes, do some push-ups, and run in place really fast." That sounded like it would get boring quickly.I had come across Rushfit on Amazon while doing a search for Insanity. My wife loved it for the price. I loved it for the MMA training aspect. My wife seemed interested and made an agreement to do the program with me. So, now I have dates with my wife now 6 nights a week in our basement, which I converted into a poorman's gym. So for the past couple of weeks, my wife and I have spent a lot of positive and constructive time together, working towards a common goal, and our marriage has never been better.I'm not going to lie, the workouts are hard, but they keep your interest and are very encouraging. Eric (the creator of the program) is brilliant. I have a huge respect for GSP as a fighter and have followed his success for years. The videos show how down to earth the man is, and reminds you that success is created, not given. So put in the work, and get the results! Excellent program and can't wait for a follow up program once we complete the remaining 6 weeks!
