I bought this irrigator to replace one that was simply not working properly and was not very efficient anyway. This one feels a lot more substantial and provides a very good cleaning experience. It is easy to operate and the modes are easily changed. It has a large water reservoir that seems to last a whole clean. The old one needed topping up several times. It stays charged for ages. So far I have had it about two weeks, have used it twice a day and it is at 88% charge, having been charged only once when new. That's excellent. It's a really good tooth cleaner.

Was unsure if this was gonna be gimicky but surprised by the quality and pressure it generates i use it on Medium settings as find the higher one to be too strong for my sensitive teeth. it doesnt hold too much water and normally refill it 2 to 3 times per daily floss, but thats not a issue as its easy and quick to refill leaves mouth feeling clean. Definitly would recommend but some may not like the feel of it,

Only used the water flosser twice so far. Easy to use. Leave teeth very clean and fresh. Cold water at pressure is a bit of a shock to sensitive teeth so am going to use warmer water. Water tank adequate.

I bought this Binefia water flosser as a replacement. It comes with a variety of attachment heads and in a travel bag. It has 5 cleaning modes. It’s powerful, with strong water pressure. It’s good value for money. Very easy to use, ( it can be too easy to press stronger pressure than required as button directly underneath on/off button but easily remedied). It makes your mouth feel fresher. It developed a fault after a couple of months . I emailed customer services who replied very quickly & asked me to send a video which I did. I was then offered a refund or replacement and as I like this flosser I was happy to accept a replacement which arrived in a couple of days. I’ve given 5 stars because of Binefia customer support which was excellent. Could teach other companies a thing or two. It gives you confidence, should something occur within 1 year warranty, you’re in safe hands.

My original Waterpik flosser packed up as the battery expired. It was out of guarantee so Waterpik's answer to me was that they couldn't/wouldn't help me!! I decided to look for another make of flosser and decided on this one. Not quite the same quality as Waterpik but good enough with a couple of excellent features (i.e. useful digital display on the flosser and seemingly real good battery charge life).If I have a problem it is with the unadjustable - and high - water pressure that it delivers. I'm having to be very careful with the flosser while I get used to it.

This would be a great jet flosser if it hadn’t stopped working just outside of 12 months! Battery charge 87%, but won’t switch on. Strange.The device is Powerful and very effective, definitely not compact though, so can’t use for travelling. Easy to fill and long battery life.Won’t buy another given that it’s stopped working!!! Shame!

The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased the water flosser from Amazon and I must say, it's one of the best investments I've made for my dental hygiene. This flosser is extremely easy to use and has made flossing a breeze. It has multiple pressure settings, allowing me to customize the pressure to my liking, and the water tank is large enough to last for multiple uses. I also love the compact design, which makes it easy to store when not in use. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an efficient and effective way to maintain their dental health.

Take the time to read the instructions first else you’ll probably soak your bathroom!Once I’d worked out how to use this I found it fantastic. Gets all the crud out and leaves your teeth sparkling clean. Make sure to use warm water else it can be a bit painful if you have sensitive teeth. Worth every penny and less faff than normal floss.
