Good customer service
When delivered one of the 3 photoframes was broken as the packaging was poor which was a shame as they are beautiful photoframes. Contacted the seller and they quickly replaced the broken photo frame which arrived well packaged. I was so happy with them that I ordered another 2 photo frames and they arrived earlier than expected in good packaging and unbroken. Very happy.

Poorly packaged and delivered
Lovely frame but sent in a standard box with no bubble wrap or any supporting packaging, envelope not labelled fragile, frame just put through letter box, opened to it being completely smashed
