It also might depend on your dialer (phone) app. In Android you may have to go into the dialer app settings & turn on Caller ID Announcement. It says the number & contact name. **Q: How long is the actual headset?** A: It’s not very long as in it does not go down to the mouth. It lays against the cheek. 2” I’d guess. There is no problem with being heard on the other end, though.
