Why did you choose this product over others?:I've now been using this for almost a year and love it! I have quite sensitive skin, so am really careful with the products I buy. I was previously using Simple Sensitive Micellar water, but noticed my face felt quite red and raw after using it as it had to be applied with a cloth. I also downloaded the YUKA app before using, which scans products for toxicity, and it recommended this as an excellent alternative to what I was using (the YUKA app makes you realise how many toxic products you use!).

My go to cleanser now after a bad skin reaction to previous cleansing balm

It’s a different consistency to what I thought and leaves a film feeling when you wash it off - is a very light cleanser so you’d need something else if you properly wanted to cleanse your face and wouldn’t fully clean your face after makeup

I love this product as a night cleanser and make up remover. It’s soft and milky. Unscented and great for sensitive skin. Works well- have rebought countless times

Fenomenal product! I used to have oily skin which is overdied by years of anti acne treatments and still prone to blemishes. This product cleanses very well, is gentle and softens skin. Does not clog pores. Quite the opposite and they appear smaller.It struggled a bit to dissolve heavy sun screens in the summer (I spend a lot of time outdoors on the weekends) but other than that it has been brilliant. That bottle lasted nearly a year. I am just popping another one as a present idea for Santa.

I love this cleanser. Very gentle and great for sensitive skin. I have tried various and this is joint top with one other that I find suits my skin. Very happy with it.

This is a lovely gentle and effective cleaner. Does not dry out your skin like most cleaners that foam up do. This is especially good if you use irritating drying products like Accutane or benzoyl peroxide. I've seen people complain saying that it leaves a sort of residue on your skin - this is how it leaves your skin comfortable yet still clean, as in it doesn't strip your skin and leave it bone dry. It can feel strange at first but you get used to it. Doesn't remove makeup with one wash (which I wouldn't expect it to) so you will need to double cleanse like with most cleaners. I have acne prone oily skin and this does not block my pores. I recommend this if you are looking for a gentle cleanser that doesn't dry your skin out. I love it!
