Esschert Design AT01 16 x 16 x 17cm Aged Terracotta Round Pots (Set of 3)

I purchased once again these lovely pots, unfortunately thanks to the utter careless from Amazon chain of delivery service - who driver did not even rung the bell - these pots are completely broken literally crumbling!!! I really like these pots thus my ratings, however, its such a shame your product is not taking care of by Amazon!

Three very crumbly pots a little too aged to survive in the post. Two of flower pots were chipped. The base of the third had broken off. So out came the pvc glue to repair. Not sure how long they'll last as very thin and delicate, almost afraid to touch them. £18 a lot to pay for chipped and broken flower pots.

I ordered these pots after much agonising based on the reviews regarding transit damage. I am delighted to report that mine arrived today completely intact (2 boxes/sets). They are very beautiful but due to the aged nature of the material, quite delicate so require careful handling. A touch on the small side but perfect for herbs.

I just have to say what great customer service from this seller. Responded to my message promptly. The pots are lovely. Would definitely recommend.

The pots arrived in a box with 1 layer of bubble wrap around each pot/saucer, stacked 1 inside the other. As a result, the small and middle sized pot are fine. They are lovely aged terracotta pots (see picture 1) and are exactly what I was looking for. The largest pot, which was on the outside, is smashed inside and the saucer is broken too. I’m heavily pregnant and now have to take a trip to the post office and return them all because it’s the only way I can receive a replacement or refund. Just a waste of my time and fuel, I wish I’d listened to other reviewers, obviously the company is skimping on packaging and they are arriving smashed. I’ve seen them for sale on 2 websites so I would recommend ordering elsewhere and not with Amazon.

Yes, HUGELY disappointed with this product - and also with particular aspects of the "Seller" … such as their description of the article(s), or, lack of it. Dimensions are vague. . At a not inconsiderable £29.99, this trio of small size garden pots are overpriced. For that sort of money, I was anticipating much better than that which I received - eventually. To all intents & purposes and, by perception, these pots are British made but they are not - they are made in China. The indented lozenge on each of the 3 pots read: " Robert & Stevens Potters since 1875" and similarly on the accompanying paper labels - the latter of which additionally includes the words: "Made in China". My order was placed on 24 April with a delivery e.t.a. of 29 April/01 May. Come 06 May, still no delivery and so, I contacted the Supplier, PCJ Supplies, via Amazon. A prompt brief reply from PCJ said that the order was shipped on 28 April and that they would "arrange to have resent". 11 days later, 09 May, the parcel arrived (presumably the re-send). There was some minor cracks & rim chippings involved which was a pity. The size given on-line is simply "16 x 16 x 17cm". This approximates the size only of the largest of the 3 pots: the other two, in descending order, do not equate to this size. Enough said and In summary, I truly regret ever having bought them. In so doing, I parted with £30 all but 1p. A distinct case of "Buyer Beware"

These pots are nice. They are fragile however. The smallest one was broken on delivery. They were well packed in the box but putting 3 very fragile pots stacked inside each other is not a good idea. So, I like the pots but if you are looking for pots that will even withstand the smallest knock then maybe go for something else.

The first one received wasn’t packed terribly well and one of the pots was broken but immediately I reported this to seller they despatched a replacement which I received the next day and didn’t charge me for as long as I returned the damaged one, which I did. Nice pots, good value for money and excellent customer service.

All three pots were broken beyond repair.

Esteticamente i vasi corrispondono alla descrizione e sono senz'altro degni di essere esposti in bella vista, per chi ami spezzare la monotonia dei classici vasi in terracotta di nuova fattura. Attenzione: le misure della descrizione (16x16x17cm) si riferiscono al più grande dei tre. Quello medio è ancora sfruttabile per piantine di modeste dimensioni, mentre quello piccolo è praticamente inutilizzabile. Le proporzioni fra i tre sono adeguatamente rappresentate dalla foto. Il prezzo di € 18,28 pagato (in pratica per due vasetti) non è da rimpiangere, ma nemmeno rappresenta un affare.
