Tips to Make This Cleanse Effective, Easy, and Enjoyable (I started with 2 pills too) :)
I am a full week into this cleanse and have had such an easy time of it (including losing 9 pounds -133 lbs down to 124 lbs- in 7 days), I want to share my tips now so you guys can benefit immediately instead of waiting until the second week of my cleanse is complete. I started on Day 1 taking 2 pills and never had any painful cramps or "accidents". I did my daily workouts (BodyPump) and nature walks and even had an hour-long massage on Day 4. I believe you can emulate my key takeaways for making this cleanse effective, easy, and enjoyable... even starting with 2 pills (and continuing to take 2 pills daily). Tip 1: I stayed very hydrated. In the beginning, I drank approximately 200oz water daily. I am no longer measuring/monitoring my water intake (and am probably drinking half that on a daily basis now) but I'm convinced that being well-hydrated helped moved things along with only minor cramps. If I ever needed to nudge my bowels from feeling like "I might need to go soon" to "I need to go now", I just chugged a tall glass of water and evacuated my bowels within a minute or two. Tip 2: I learned that taking the 2 pills right before bedtime is best. The first time I took them, they kicked in about 6 hours later. The second time, about 7 hours later and stabilized at kicking in 7-8 hours after taking them. So, if you take them (with a tall glass of water) right before bed, you will maximize your sleep time. Tip 3: I ate mostly healthy (whole foods) and mostly vegan... I did have the occasional eggs and cheese and even a few Doritos one day. I tend to be a healthy eater (fresh fruits and veggies) and am on the Bryan Johnson Blueprint diet for almost a month now and my foundation of healthy eating probably helped. Tip 4: I enjoy daily exercise. I tend to stay active which keeps my body happy. Tip 5: My attitude about bowel movements is that they make me happy. If they "hurt" a little bit I don't mind, I am grateful that I am going since I love feeling light and empty. I'm certain that my attitude helped this cleanse be more enjoyable since I felt zero stress, which keeps my stomach happy. --- To give you an idea of my experience, I never had to "run" to the bathroom. I could walk and even finish what I was doing before heading to the bathroom. The first morning I had 2 big BMs and 2 small BMs The second morning I had 2 big to medium BMs and 2 small BMs The third morning I had 2 big to medium BMs and 2 small BMs After that, I've stabilized to 1 large to medium BM and then 1-2 small BMs I should also mention how grateful I am for this cleanse. I was very backed up prior to beginning the cleanse so I am overjoyed with all of this "movement". :) The 2 days before I started, I used 2 enemas the night before and 2 more enemas the morning of... all 4 resulting in LARGE evacuations since I hadn't gone to the bathroom 2-3 days prior. I honestly don't know why my BMs have been taking days off for the last 6 months or so (and I really dislike that feeling of being too full and bloated). What I do know is this cleanse is a godsend and I'm overjoyed that my stomach is flat again and my spirits are high once more (I like looking cute in my clothes and feeling good in my body). :) I hope these tips have been helpful for you. All the best!

Losing weight and gaining energy.
This product will clean you out consistently everyday, no fail. I bought for myself hoping it would reset my gut health. I take it at 5pm two capsules. Everyday (I am on day 10.) After taking it, it starts to kick in about two hours later. It gives me cramps not excruciating, but it’s enough to make me uncomfortable. That’s where it starts for me and keeps me close to a toilet for at least 5hrs. Im not using the toilet the whole time mind you, but I’m not willing to take any chances either. I’m able to go to sleep and have no issues till I wake up, once I’m up it’s followed by another couple hours of purging and then nothing till I take it again at 5pm. I’m not gonna lie for me it’s been a long 10 days, but I’m gonna finish up the 14 days. I have lost about 6-7lbs and have had so much more energy, I find myself finishing a project and starting a new one immediately with very little fatigue. My sleep has also been less broken, and wake feeling more alert for the most part. I would definitely recommend this for the outcome, not the process. I’m going to make sure to repeat this cleanse every 4-6 months.

Good product
This product is effective, easy to use, good for the money. I recommend to take it is you are not going anywhere. Because when you need to go you better run. This thing will clean you out. The first 2 day you will feel a lot of stomach ache but it will feel good afterwards. You start feeling less bloated

STAY NEAR A BATHROOM
I gave it 4 stars because it works. However, I should not have taken 2 capsules the first day because the following morning I had really bad stomach cramps and I threw up. The second day I opened one capsule and took some out and only took what was left in the one capsule. No cramps, but I needed to stay near the bathroom. If you have to go out, be careful. I learned the hard way when I couldn’t get to the bathroom immediately.

My Holiday Cleansing Log... or logs...
I recently started my 14 day cleanse hoping to start the new year 'fresh' and purge all the bad build up from the year/holiday. I have followed the directions and am consuming more water then it requires but I normally do. I will update my progress as time allows. I take it before bed (9:30 pm) so Day 1 its technically the next day. I started while I was off for the holidays so that I could get a handle on the experience before meshing it into my work life. I normally go once a day in the AM 5 days a week. I will update this as things progress. Here goes: Day 1 - No noticeable cramping. I actually missed my normal 'morning window'. But about 10:30 am it was show time. Much larger than normal but solid. The smell was pretty bad. I guess it’s the loosening up stage. Went a total of 3 times the last being running with lots of pressure behind it. Day 2 - Still no cramping. The Gas has set in. I can clear a room. I went all morning without a movement, I was just 'venting'. I took other people advice and make sure I did not fire anything off without being in the bathroom. Made it through the whole day with no bowel moments other than lots of gas. Day 3 - Woke up at 7 am with moderate cramping ready to go. I had a good deal or darker colored stool at first. The smell is like nothing I have ever had come out of me and I am an avid Mexican food consumer. I was in the bathroom for 20 mins (15 mins of action and 5 mins to finish angry birds). While I was washing my hands I had to go back in for another round. The stool was loose and lighter colored the second time. I went 6 times through out the day. There seemed to be mucus like 'stuff' laced throughout the loose logs. Like the colons version of tinsel on a tree. Day 4 - I again hit the bathroom half awake at 7 am with mild cramps. I almost made the mistake of letting gas vent in bed. Wow am I glad I didn't. I no sooner hit the seat before my body let out what is best described as a chocolate shotgun blast. This prompted a shower after. I have noticed a good deal of oily film on the water. I hope the smell means that my body is getting rid of this stuff and not reacting to the formula. Day 4 is in the books with 5 movements. Most of which were urgent requiring a fast paced duck walk to the nearest bathroom. Frequent gas 7/10 on the funk scale... Day 5 - Went right after my first cup of coffee. I was all some what solid and it was less urgent this time. Still producing a large volume of the 'tinsel turds'. I have been drinking 6-8 bottles of water a day and have definitely noticed that I am thirsty all the time. I have also noticed that I am ravenously hungry. I am sticking to small healthy meals (chicken breast and fresh veggies). I made it through the day with only one movement. The Gas has definitely been the most extreme today that it has been. I am not sure how I am going to do this at work. I am basically a walking crop duster. 11/10 on funk scale. I am also down 5 lbs from day 0.

Nothing "Quick" about it, underwhelming disappointment! (a daily log).
This will be a daily log of this products effects (or lack of) going forward for the next week or two (14 days?). In the interest of fairness I'm starting with a 'middle-of-the-road' 3-star, which I will update as I see fit, dependent on results observed? Aware of the unavoidable "TMI" factor, I will attempt to keep this as clinical as possible. Received product yesterday afternoon; after thoroughly reading the instructions, I took one capsule (only) after dinner, before I went to bed; with a lot of water (8 oz.) as recommended. NOTE - I'm not into measuring the amount of liquid I ingest but it was much more than I would normally have, which is usually just a few gulps of water before bedtime. However it does seem that I am drinking more water and liquids in general, going into 'day one'; I wonder if this is just a psychological response to the suggestion that I need more fluids or actually a physiological need? -- In the interest of full disclosure; I have used another product in the past, called "Colon Cleanse" (the name says it all) by Nature's Blend. I found that typically, I could take one capsule, just once a week, or every other week (depending on regularity) and expect a thorough elimination that same day or the next. While not exactly what a 14 day cleanse would entail, I will however use this as a reference for future results. During the night; had a little stomach rumble and noticed some gas build-up, but nothing out of the ordinary and could have been due to something I ate for dinner? -THE NEXT DAY- Day 1: Normal morning routine, coffee w/half-and-half, healthy breakfast of whole grains w/banana and prunes. Minor 'BM' in the am, followed by another normal 'BM' later that morning. Nothing unusual to write home about; still very early in the process. Will take another capsule tonight before bed time... That same night took one capsule around 9:00 pm with water and then drank a cherry flavored Kombucha drink (carbonated/fermented); it did cause some indigestion and gas buildup which I alleviated with a ginger capsule and a small antacid. Day 2: Normal routine, same as yesterday; Normal (healthy) 'BM' in the am. Took one capsule prior to bedtime w/water. NOTE - Right after delivery I received an email from the Dr. Tobias team giving me some additional info on product use and promising a 'pdf' booklet in two days...? Update - received email for 'pdf' booklet later that same day. Note - in order to download 'pdf' (and receive 10% discount coupon) you must submit your email and name; which is strange because they have already used both to send original email with my name on it? Day 3: Same routine as usual, followed by a normal 'BM' in the early am (around 7:00 ish) after breakfast. One thing I've noticed is the regularity. As far as a thorough elimination with multiple 'BM's (which I have experienced with Nature's Blend "Colon Cleanse", I'm still waiting for results? As far as expediency is concerned, the Nature's Blend product is a 'hands-down' winner! To be fair this is a totally different experience to be sure, and there is no way I would take a Colon Cleanse capsule for 3 days in a row as that would be abusive and unhealthy. As for 'Optimum Colon', I think this is a milder product and the upside seems to be regularity, up to this point. Later that same morning; OK, well I spoke too soon because something is happening!? Had to make 3 more visits to bathroom this morning all before 10:00 am. Stool is noticeably loser now. It literally took three days and 3 capsules (one a day) to get results similar to what I've experienced w/Colon Cleanse (which I try not to take more than once a week). I'm not sure I would want to do this for 7 days in a row, much less 14? Although if this keeps up I can only imagine how 'cleaned out' I will be; we'll see how it goes, I'll know when to call it quits? Day 4: Have continued the same routine (one capsule before bedtime) for 4 days/nights now, this is more a marathon than a sprint, the day is still early, waiting to see what happens following the increase of activity yesterday; had one minor 'BM' early am. Day 5: Same routine as the last few days. This morning actually feel 'blocked-up' or a bit constipated. Did not anticipate this? Perhaps I'm not drinking enough water? Activity increased late am to 1:00 pm as I had to make several visits to the bathroom, but nothing out of the ordinary and very similar to the effects of the other product. Five days in and have had two days (day 3, 5) of elimination on a level (almost but not quite) comparable with the other product. Not sure (at this point) if this product is worth the time invested (for my personal needs)? Day 6: Same routine, early am minor 'BM' which I would consider normal. NOTE - I've seen some reviews refer to weight loss? I did not buy this product for that purpose, I bought it for healthy elimination of colon waste matter. I'm not sure how weight loss is possible if you maintain a healthy normal diet? I have experienced no difference whatsoever in my body weight (160); then again I'm not looking for any change per-se, as I've maintained the same weight for most of my adult life, give or take a few pounds here and there. However everyone is different physiologically and this product could have a very different effect on others, not to mention a "placebo effect" for those who want to lose weight and are possibly curbing caloric intake as well? Day 7: Same routine, not much to write home about; average am 'BM' which is normal and regular. If this is a cleanse, there is nothing quick about it. To date, this has been a thorough, unbiased and subjective evaluation of this product over a seven day period, and I must say I'm not sure it is worth the time or money? Day 8: Nothing has changed now going into the second week? Had 2 normal, health 'BM's in am which I would consider completely normal for me. Overall this is nothing like I anticipated and a huge waste of time IMHO. Day 9: Not sure why I am still bothering with this, except that I've stuck it it this long? Maybe 2 capsules a night would have made a difference? Frankly I'm not sure it would make that much of a difference, and it would be difficult to recommend this product based on this experience. Day 10: Sticking to the program out of pure habit and to finish the 14 day program. Otherwise I can see no difference in my particular gastro-intestinal situation that cannot be accounted for by the variety of foods that I ingest (no fast-food, mostly health conscious dietary choices). Day 11: I've had what I would call "Normal" regularity for the last 10 days - that is one or two 'BM's (besides a couple of off days as previously mentioned) which I consider healthy and normal for me. As I've said, there is absolutely nothing to convince me that this product has made any difference at the one per night dosage. Day 12: Nothing has changed; enjoying daily regularity in the morning hours, which is quite normal. As for this product, this is like the movie "Groundhog Day." Day 13: Groundhog day continues... Will continue to use the afore mentioned (other) product which is tried and true. To be continued...???

I found God in a grocery store bathroom stall.
OMG-Let’s just say-This stuff really works and could change your life. I started the program on a Thursday in anticipation of needing to remain close to home and a bathroom over a long weekend. My first mistake was under-estimating the amount of toilet paper I would need-I figured one roll a day and I had 5 rolls to get me through 4 days. By Saturday morning, I was out of TP so I jumped into the shower, my 5th shower in 2 days, and drove the 20 minutes to a grocery store. I knew it was risking maneuver as I’d been hitting the toilet every 20 minutes but I felt like things had progressed through my system and was slowing down-This was my 2nd mistake. As I approached the grocery store, I felt a gassy bubble approaching my exit and started feeling a little uncomfortable. I got out of my car and when I did, things started shifting internally and that little gassy feeling felt like a full on avalanche approaching. As I walked into the grocery store, I started looking for the restroom-which of course was in the back of the store up a flight of stairs. I briskly walked towards my goal and by the time I reached the back of the store, I was walking like The Hunchback of Notre-Dame. My 3rd mistake was thinking that I would be able to relieve some pressure by letting out a little “gas”-That was not gas. At the base of the stairs and the restroom only 20ft away, I took one step up and that was enough to break the dam of fecal hell. That gassy feeling was not gas at all. At this point, I had nothing to lose and sprinted into a stall. As I sat there an absolute mess in a graffiti ridden, grocery store bathroom stall, I started reflecting on my life’s decisions and what led up to this moment of utter embarrassment. It was at that moment, that I found god. I sat there, not quite in tears, praying for a change of life style-asking god for forgiveness for my sins. I started thinking of the dog that I gave away when I couldn’t responsibly take care of him, the girlfriend I cheated on in college, and other life regrets. After about 20 minutes, and another round of colon discharge, I got myself together only to run out of toilet paper again-My sincere apologies to the Kroger store in VA as I had to use hand towels to clean up, tossing my underwear in the trash and clogging the toilet. My last mistake, which was technically my first mistake, was wearing grey sweat pants and not wearing a baseball hat to hide my shame. Needless to say, I was able to buy 2 of the largest packs of TP and head home where the cycle continued for the next 2 days. I lost 7lbs in 4 days. I recommend- Stocking up on TP Remain close to a bathroom Have your laundry completed with extra towels Drink lots of water If you have to leave the house, pack a suit case of cleaning materials and backup clothes Wear a hat if you leave the house-It just feels right and could be used in an emergency

Went every day of cleanse!!!
This stuff is exceptional! I don’t go at all, I mean nothing for days and days. Super painful and frustrating. With this stuff though, I started to clean out and got to have success for 24 days straight. No cramps or nausea. Love it!
