Review: works great - This tarp is absolutely fantastic! I’ve been using it for various outdoor projects, and it’s proven to be incredibly durable and versatile. The heavy-duty material is waterproof and tear-resistant, holding up perfectly against rain, wind, and sun exposure. The reinforced edges and sturdy grommets make it easy to secure, whether I’m covering equipment or setting up a shelter. It’s lightweight yet tough, and the size is perfect for my needs. An excellent product that exceeds expectations—highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable tarp! If you meant a specific tarp or want a review for the coconut oil instead, please clarify or provide the correct link, and I’ll adjust the review accordingly! Review: Great quality, thick, strong, waterproof tarp! - We live in the country, so I wanted a thicker tarp to put under our 18 ft., Bestway pool. This works perfectly! The quality and thickness was much better than I expected!! It is thick enough to protect the pool and our feet from any stickers, small rocks, etc. I ordered the silver, heavy duty-10 ml, 20-foot tarp (19.6 x 19.4 finished size), which allows enough room to place the pump on one side and the ladder near the corner on the opposite side. In addition, it left plenty of room to stand barefoot with our children and leave our shoes near the ladder. (I had planned to put a small tarp near the ladder, so we would have plenty of room to stand and dry off, but it hasn't been necessary.) I used 8 metal stakes to hold the edges down, since the wind whips a bit here at times, and I wanted to keep the the edges down, so we could protect our bare feet! There are many more metal grommets available, however, on each side, if needed for tie-down, stakes, etc. I ordered the “Used-like new,” (the packaging had been damaged), since it was much cheaper. The tarp itself had never been unfolded and was in perfect condition!! (Thanks desertcart!) I highly recommend this tarp. It’s much nicer and thicker than others I’ve used. It would also be great for covering items, camping, etc. I will purchase one of these, again, whenever I need a good, strong tarp. UPDATE: We used this tarp for an entire season, which ended around the end of October! I did use simple stakes on the corners and one stake in the middle of each side, because of the size of the tarp and our country wind! I swept the tarp with a regular broom, when needed, and it worked well. The only issue we had was when the lawn mower got a little too close to one edge! Oops! However, after 2-3 more months of use, after the incident, the tear NEVER increased in size! I plan to use the tarp again next year and will buy another, when needed!!

Great so far. Seems to be excellent quality and has been durable in hot full sunlight and winds for 5 months.
I recently received this ultra heavy duty tarp for covering my pool. I've now been using it for the last several weeks and so far, it has held up without any issues. Pros: - Silver/reflective coating. It should reflect back some of our harsh sun. I'm hoping it holds up for at least two seasons. - Grommets are good quality. I've bungee corded these fairly tight now for several weeks, and no rips or issues in medium strength winds. - Tarp is very thick and rugged as advertised. Comparably better than the normal heavy duty box store brand. - Tarp size was accurate and fit as expected. - Tarp quality was excellent. No rips or holes. No defects that I've noticed. - Tarp has been through some stiff winds, and heavy rains, and is still like new. Cons: - I need more time to see how this tarp material holds up to our harsh summer sun in Mesa, AZ. I know that is a key feature that many of you need to find out, in order to feel comfortable about your purchase. I will get back and add to this review when I observe the first signs of degradation on the tarp surface. As I said, it's been about 1 month now, and no signs of failure yet, and the sun has been intense here, day in and day out. Overall, for the price, the heavy duty material, the well placed and strong grommets, the silvered coating, and the lack of defects and good workmanship, this is a great tarp so far. The price on this is competitive with any similar tarp I could find of this size, but of thinner material. So, this is a very good deal in my opinion up to this point. Update: It's been 5 months of hot sun, winds and rain, birds, and an aggressive tie down set up. So far, all the grommets are holding up with exception of one that shows some signs of ripping, which is probably my fault for not evenly tension it with bungee cords. This tarp went through the end of summer here in Arizona, and has been continually covered in rain water on top, and chlorinated pool water on the bottom, and shows not leaking, discoloration, or pin holes or any obvious degradation. So far so good after 5 months of 100% outside use.

Heat reflecting game changer!!
Great tarp for one SMALL exception. They are exactly 19'X19' not 20'X20' as advertised. We put them on our mobile home roof to help with the heat. BEST idea I've had in a while. Cooled down considerably. This MH came with our property and w/b demolished & removed in a few months so we didn't want to invest in a roof. BUT we have to stay in our until the construction of our little cabin is complete. The WHITE tarp is literally a game changer. The picture I attached doesn't show it finished, but I wanted you to see that we only secured it with flat pavers

useful
All right, so listen up cause I'm gonna tell ya about this wicked good tarp from Kotap. Now, I ain't no expert on tarps or nothin', but let me tell ya, this one is the real deal. First off, this tarp is heavy-duty, ya know what I mean? It's made with a superior weave that makes it extra strong and durable. It's 8-mil thick, so you know it's gonna last ya a good long while. And let me tell ya, this tarp is waterproof, so it's gonna keep all your stuff nice and dry, no matter what kind of crazy weather comes your way. Now, I don't know about you, but I like a tarp that's versatile. And this one from Kotap is just that. You can use it for all sorts of things – covering up your boat, protecting your firewood, or even building a makeshift shelter in case of, you know, the end of the world or something. And let me tell ya, this tarp is big – 8 x 20 feet big, to be exact. So you're gonna have plenty of coverage for whatever you need to protect. Plus, it comes in a nice, clean white color that'll look real sharp no matter where you use it. So there ya have it, folks. If you're lookin' for a top-notch tarp that's gonna stand up to whatever Mother Nature throws at ya, then this one from Kotap is the way to go. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Great quality!
I used two 8 x 20s to wrap around an easy-up/pop-up type tent to prevent rain from coming in during a big storm. The tarp is great quality -- feels thick and looks good👍

Kept My Move Dry
I bought the 10 x 20 16 mil tarp with the hopes that it would last for my move across the state. I converted my car hauler to a cargo hauler and used this tarp to keep things dry. I am a retired truck driver with lots of flatbed experience so I was sure that this tarp is not transport quality when I received it, but it looked tough enough for my job. I attached the leading edge with lag screws, tucked in the front corners and used lag screws there also. I put 2x2 ribs every four feet across the top to keep it from sagging too much should it rain and to stabilize the sides. I also added padding on the corners to keep stresses to the tarp from sharp edges to minimum. I have pulled the trailer 1500 miles so far with no problems. I had to put the strap across the top to keep it from ballooning at highway speeds at first in the front and then in the rear also. The grommets are reasonably strong, but they can be over stressed with aggressive tightening. I learned quickly that snug is good enough and I've never had a problem with the tarp wanting to blow away, I have hauled it three times over the passes, twice in rain with no leaks, so I am happy. The only negative is that when parked loaded a heavy rain storm went through and dumped about an inch of rain. This resulted in a large pool in the tarp at the back of the trailer that I had to bail out. It stretched the tarp in that section so that it wants to balloon there also, but it did not leak. I one more 200 mile trip and I will be through with this trailer configuration and the tarp will go into storage or to cover hay, I believe that I could have hauled the trailer as pictured to Florida with no problems I had expected to get 2 trips out of the tarp and was prepared to buy another, I am well pleased that one tarp did it all. It was a good value for me. UPDATE 10-20-21: I have finished all of my hauls across the state. The trailer and tarp as pictured have close to 3000 miles on them. The tarp never leaked and all our stuff stayed dry. There were a couple of minor stress points in the tarp where at the corners and the edges. One hole wore into the tarp from a piece of protruding hardware, but nothing on the top, The tarp did stretch a little from heavy rains but I am well pleased over all.
