Get a couple of bands light and strong use more reps with light ones and build up to stronger ones . Listen to your body.

All size are identical. You refer to resistance maybe. It's depend on your skill level. Any band is OK coz u can combine more than 1 band for pull ups (or any other exercises).

Q: Which band is recommended for shoulder rehabilitation exercises for male with intermediate strength?

I started with black 1.9cm wide - about 20 kg resistance. You can increase resistance by holding closer together or moving further from the support. I weigh ~60kg and squat 90kg so I guess intermediate strength.
