Would this work for sunflower seeds while mowing the lawn?

Yes, that would work well when mowing the lawn. You’d probably 5-6 at a time

Would blueberries work with this?

It could possibly work if you ate them quickly, but I wouldn't use anything like that in here because they might get squished when they're coming out. I would stick to hard snacks.

I'm having trouble removing the "inner box" so that I can clean the unit as instructed in the manuel. How can I do that?

I have not tried disassembling it, so not sure how to remove any of the parts

How to close the lid?

There are triangle signs on the cap and the cup, match the signs and twist to lock and unlock. (A click sound means it is stuck)
