Worth buying for recovery
Great for recovery but absolutely stinks. Very effective and cools the muscles well.

Great but strange.
Firstly my order came a couple of days early so that was fab. The pads are very easy to use it was really cold when I put it on. I wasn’t sure what to expect I thought it would make my shoulder really cold but it didn’t. It’s kinda weird the menthol in it makes it nice and warm just feels strange that it’s warm when I thought it would be cold it seems to have worked well had it on a few hours. I like the fact you can put it on your skin the heat patches I’ve used go on clothes. I will defo buy some more.

Not that great!
It’s OK… not great I much prefer Biofreeze roll on which has more of a kick and is not as sticky and nicer on the skin.This is a good second if Biofreeze is not available
