the phone is not bad, but it's a pity that the service life is only 12-18 months, no more, even less, it was beating on July 19 and stopped working on June 10. Now you need to buy a new one, and elderly people with a small pension do not always have such an opportunity.

6/5/23: The phone arrived as described in a generic box with a charger cable, adaptor, and battery. The phone did not turn on so I am charging the battery right now. If it powers up after a few hours and accepts a SIM chip, I will update my review to indicate 5 stars. If not, I'll be returning it.6/7/23: Battery took and held a charge. It accepted a SIM chip and works. I am rating it 4 stars since the listing stated it would come with a SIM removal tool but did not. If seller sends the tool I will upgrade to5 stars.Overall, a good value.

That its to small wish key pad resonded quicker

I bought for my 80 year old dad because he isn’t into technology. The phone doesn’t hold charge, doesn’t have good signal and only works maybe 1 out of 5 times. I couldn’t run it because i sent to Puerto Rico and they couldn’t ship it in time to mail it back

Worked for a couple days then stopped working.

I bought this phone, repeatedly, for my mother. She walks a lot and needs a reliable simple cell phone. However, this phone repeatedly breaks and dies immediately after buying it. It's not safe for her. No one should buy this phone.
